An exploration of the macroeconomic aspects of economic growth, business cycles, and monetary and trade policy Macroeconomics explains how recent tax cuts have combined with the war on terrorism and slow economic growth to contribute to increasing budget deficits. Okay, freaking boring book, but actually learned quite a bit, especially during these hard economic times. More economic concepts make sense and I find it great that I can understand more of what is happening and why. So, despite boring, it taught me some stuff. Yeah for school.
Considering that I HAD to read this, I was pleasantly surprised at what a smooth read this was. Instead of super dry, dreaded reading for class, the author wrote with a sense of humor, as well as reality.
