Must Read
No Limit
I couldn't put this book down. When Jason and Aylee were together the spark that was their you could feel while reading their story. Finding out who was killing the girls was going to be tricky but with Jason & Avery working the case you knew it would be interesting. With 3 guys that were suspects and had a reputation to use woman they had to get into there group by any means and that was thru poker. But the stakes where to high and Aylee was the bargaining chip. With there feelings towards each other getting stronger and the danger still out there, it was getting harder for Jason to let Aylee do there job. When you think you know who the killer is and then bam it is someone you might not have see coming. Such an amazing story and can't wait to read the next in this series.
Roped In
I absolutely loved this story from beginning to end. When Hadley is in danger she has to go into hiding after her bodyguard got killed and her (fake) boyfriend got shot. When Blake gets the job to protect Hadley he doesn't want nothing to do with her. He thinks she is a spoiled rich girl. When Hadley gives as good as she gets, Blake she's her in a different way. When Hadley puts her heart on line and Blake blows her off, she is so hurt that she leaves but Blake has to convince her to come back. Thinking they caught the guy, she goes back home only to be in more danger then they all realize. What happens next is shocking and this book is a must read.

No Limit

I read the whole Gloves Off Series and that was when I was introduced to L.P's novels so when I found out she had a new series, I had to get my hands on it. I loved all the fighters but I was excited this was going a different route. Suspense gets me hooked in so I knew it would be a great ride.
Jason is a cocky undercover agent that likes to work alone. He is the best and is usually in and out of the case within a few weeks but when he goes to Las Vegas it's anything but easy. There have been women abducted, tortured and left for dead that are from a high end professional escort service.
Jason has been in Sin City for months and all of his leads have been dead ends. He has gone undercover by gambling and trying to get in with the high-rollers. He might be having luck at the tables but not on the case until he gets a partner. One that he doesn't want but can't shake.
Aylee is an undercover FBI agent and has been sent to Vegas to help Jason find the murderer of these women before another one is killed. She is willing to do anything she has to do and the first thing is that she has to pretend to be an escort and also belong to Jason at the time. The problem is that Aylee is attracted to the cocky and flirty Jason. She doesn't want to be but he is relentless. Will mixing business with pleasure cause harm to their task?
Aylee is one tough f* cookie! She has some trust issues but once he walls comes down around Jason she knows he would do anything to protect her. Jason might be cocky but he is also funny, sweet, sexy and very protective. Aylee and Jason live in different states so after the case is closed they don't know if or how together. Will they just go their separate ways and go with the Vegas motto...What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas?
Overall...this book is suspenseful and sexy and kept me on the edge of my seat to find out who the murder was. I can't wait for the next book in the series!

I read the first novel in the series, No Limit and loved it and it was also where I met Blake Evans. With that being said, Roped In can be read as a standalone but I recommend also reading No Limit because it was just awesome...
Blake Evans is one of the best undercover cops in the Country but was now laying low on his family's ranch in Wyoming. He is enjoying the cowboy life and one day he gets a call for a job, it's one that he doesn't want. He isn't a babysitter and definitely doesn't want to be one for a famous country star princess. But, when all the cards are laid out on the table, he takes the job and once he sees Hadley, he knows he is in trouble.
Hadley has a stalker. One that just won't quit and has stepped it up a notch and now she needs to go into hiding. When she sees who she is staying with, she doesn't think it's going to work, he isn't exactly welcoming.
Blake and Hadley start off rocky. Blake thinks she is nothing but a fake and spoiled rich girl that can't cut it on the ranch. When she is determined to show him she is not what he expects, he is shocked and then that is when the trouble begins. She wants him. He wants her but he needs to protect her, not fall in love with her. And what if they did have a relationship, only to be separated when she is she ready to go home? Will the stalker even be found before it's too late?
I loved this story and the characters! Blake is delicious even when being an ass. He is protective, sexy and funny. Hadley is not to be messed with, she is not a quitter and dishes out as much as he does. Together their banter is awesome and their chemistry is hot.
Overall...it was suspenseful, sexy, funny and emotional. I can't wait for the next book!!

Hide-Sided is the third book in the Armed & Dangerous series. Each book can be read as a standalone since they are all different couples. They do have a connections however. I met Logan Chandler in Roped In and was so excited that he was getting his own book. I knew it was going to be a wild ride and I was so right! This is Logan and Kassidy's story...
Eight years. It's been eight years since Logan broke Kassidy's heart, and now he was back to try to piece it back together again after the loss of one of their best friends. He knew there was something odd going on when Levi asked him to come home to figure out who is targeting Bennett Pro Racing Team. The team that he was a part when he had his accident and it also happens to be Kassidy's family's team. He wasn't going to come home but now that Levi was dead, there wasn't anything that would keep him away. Even his past regrets. He knew Kassidy wouldn't be happy to see him but luckily he could still read her like nobody can. Will he be able to get her forgiveness so they can work together to solve Levi's murder and bring the bastard down?
Kassidy couldn't believe Logan is back. He left her and everybody else behind eight years ago and never looked back. That was what she believed anyway. He had his side of the story. She wants to believe him. To trust him again. After Logan tells her that his dream of becoming an FBI agent came true and he is there to help her family, she knows she has to get over their past and work together. It would be so much easier if she hated him but she doesn't. She wants him more now than ever. Damn him. His career takes him undercover for months at a time and is very dangerous. Does he even want her back or will he leave the minute the case is solved?
Logan isn't alone when it comes to the case. He has his partner Micah working undercover with a rival race team. He also has Kassidy and her father on his side. This case is anything but easy. Kassidy's father had a secret life that has added possible suspects. And this isn't just about Levi's murder. Past situations are questioned. But the biggest question is can they solve it before somebody else is hurt or even killed?
I loved this story because it has love, suspense, and passion all wrapped up in one awesome package. Logan and Kassidy's loveis felt even during the times of hatred on her part. The passion is never questioned between these two. Everyone sees it even when they didn't want to. Then there is the suspense. I love reading a book and piecing together a mystery. It hooks me in! I couldn't read it fast enough.
Overall...it's a sexy, suspenseful, and fun read. I can't wait for the next book. I have a feeling I know who is next up but not goin' tell.

Danber
Secrets, filled dangerous encounters, antagonistic situations, then mystery solved The undercover cops saving the day, saving the sweetheart of the hour and getting a NEW is just this series in spades. Loved the characters through every struggle.
