The plot was the standard 'catch the terrorist'. However, the descriptions of the Bosphorus and the different Istanbul neighborhoods added to my excitement over Dana's and my upcoming trip to Turkey in April.

Confusing book about a CIA operative called in to assist the Istanbul police investigation of the murder of a foreign journalist. Bulgarians, Turish mafia, Iranians, etc. Did not even care by the end.
