It began with a simple hope and a need but got crazy quick. For lifelong besties Suzie and Heather, it was obvious there would be a price for sweet justice eventually. Karma is—after all—a subjective thing. And pain and pleasure can be as tangled as friendship. But it’s not always so complicated. We’ve all been there. We know that justice can be sweet. So what if, Heather and Suzie wondered, they found a way to turn it all around? Maybe, if they thought hard enough, they could erase the bitter past and start anew one last time. Or maybe not. Hello justice: We’ve been counting on you. Because rotting in a jail cell? Well that’s not an option… With nothing left to lose, the lovable killer duo takes one last stab at redemption. Welcome to THE CABIN.

Have you ever read a series that makes you think, what a crazy ride? For me, that was The Ranch series by Erin Lee and Chelsi Davis. At the end of Book #2, we saw Suzie's mother calling the cops and blaming everything on Heather. Heather was arrested and sent to the psych ward in hospital and Suzie left to look after baby Elliott. At the beginning of The Cabin, Suzie tracks down Heather at the hospital and the pair escape along with Suzie's truckload of kids. Like the previous books, we see a few people killed along the way as they are standing in the way of Suzie and Heather's freedom plan. I have to admit, this pair is crazy and should be renamed The Cray twins. There's a moment in the book where I think things are finally going to come crashing down for the pair but that final page with Grant, Heather, and Suzie. I loved it as the book series shows us that no matter what happens in life, through the good, the bad and the ugly - our true friends will stay loyal right to the very end. If you love mysteries, horror, and murder - then The Cabin is the read for you.
Fans of the Ranch series by authors Erin Lee and Chelsi Davis will love this addition to the collection. Heather and Suzie take to the road leaving death and mayhem in their rear view mirror. The girls are at it again, tying up loose ends by ending them. This time there’s no one safe from the wrath of their vengeance and lust for revenge. These two horror writers create the story seamlessly with humor and horror. It’s a fast moving read that will keep you wanting to know what’s coming next. The series is The Ranch, Moving On, and now, The Cabin.
After reading the first two books in this series, I was absolutely jonesing to get my hands on this third installment. I was so eager to find out what was going to happen next for Heather and Suzie. I was pulled right into the story and it seemed as if I could not read fast enough. I enjoyed the flow of this story and all the twists and turns as Heather and Suzie worked to gain their footing in each new situation. Chapter 20 presented a very interesting turn of events and I was dying to know Heather and Suzie's next steps. The ending of this book was perfection, especially for Heather and Suzie as I had grown to know them. I have really enjoyed this series. Lee and Davis write so well together. They really are a fabulous team and put crazy to paper in the best way.
I highly suggest reading the series in order: The Ranch, Moving On and then The Cabin so you can fully experience this unforgettable journey in its entirety. The Ranch was jaw-dropping. Moving On was shocking. The Cabin is exactly what my reading soul needed. It is a story of friendship lasting through the good, the bad and the ugly. Let me add: These two authors co-wrote The Cabin as one, the chapters flowed effortlessly into the other. And they both have some wicked humor, every word was absorbed and I couldn't control my bouts of laughter. To sum this review up: Superb writing that deserves more than a 5-star rating!
They did not again! Erin Lee and Chelsi Davis have out done themselves! Heather and Suzie are back for round 3! The cabin picks up right where Moving On leaves off. the transitions between books is FLAWLESS! The story just flows and you can't help but read as fast as you can to see what is going to happen. They are in another tough spot and need to get out. This time there is more at stake. This is one book you will not be able to put down!
I. Loved this entire series so much . It leaves you wondering just what you and your best friend could get up to. It's bittersweet because I love it I don't want the story to end but this ending is perfection.
Wow the last installment of the Ranch series doesnt disappoint. Firstly tye writing as always was seamless. Its a co write but as with the other two books you wouldn't know it. These two authors flow together perfectly. Now for Heather and Suzie they cintinue to bring the crazy, and up the crazy. They are on the run, nothing or no ine is safe. The friendship they have is beautfully flawed and erratic just like my two fave girls. I hate giving the story away in my reviews and this series is all about twists and surprises. Erin and Chelsi lrave you wishing Heather and Suzie's Journey didnt have to end they pull the series off so perfectly ypu want more but you are also blown away by how the wrap ot all up. So let me just say if you have read the first 2 books you will not be disappointed. If you havent get the series now its a must read. One of the best series I have read in a long time. One click this bundle of crazy you will not regeret it
Erin Lee and Chelsi Davis hit it out of the part again with The Cabin. The Cabin is the last of a three book series. First, you get to know Heather and Suzie in The Ranch. Then you hit the Moving On where you see how these two women really can't live without eachother even thoe they are calling each other every name in the book. The continuing story of Suzie and Heather in The Cabin will have you rolling in laughter. Heather got herself in a bind and ended up with a baby right at the beginning of the book. Suzie still can't stop being Heathers BFF. They are running from the police and killing anyone and everyone in their way. You began to wonder how Grant can control everything from prison, but he does with his penpal. In the end Heather and Suzie don't really get off they have all the kids and the law after them. This is one series that is worth the read and the laugh.
What a wonderful way to end this series even though I am sad to see the end of Suzie & Heather... the way these two Authors wrote this entire series is so seamless that you can not tell which Author is who..great job, Erin & Chelsi!! If you love reading revenge books, this series is for you!!

This book!!! I'm actually sad it's the end of the series!! Between Susie's sarcasm and Heather's craziness, I was laughing out loud, and then I was gasping in horror. As with the previous two books I spent a lot of time with my hand in front of my open mouth not believing what was happening throughout the story!! This book goes out with a classic bang that will leave you shaking your head and wondering what the future holds for those two...use your imagination! Enjoy!!
What an unbelievable finish to an amazing series! I have waited, trying to figure out how Heather and Suzie would get out of this latest mess. When I started reading, I couldn't put it down until it was over. These authors write so well together that you can't tell who is writing what chapter.
to say i was kinda confused in this book is right on. i wont say more than that. now her best friend is in jail being accused of the crimes. thats not where the story ends. more twists and killings in this one too.
