As much as this book got me in the mindset to get back to clean eating, I felt it was talking down at anyone who reads it. I also didn't trust the "facts" it was quoting to prove its points. I wouldn't recommend this. Much better healthy living books are available.
It accomplishes what it sets out to do. The author clearly knows her subject and does a good job illustrating her plan for returning to optimal health.
