It’s was ok

I liked the notion of some of the meals being really easy to put together. The only thing is I wasn’t sure of how long some of the meals could last or if they could be frozen for how long...and if certain ones could be heated back up or were considered cold meals after made. But in general it was ok.

Semi inspiration

There are no pictures. I think pics would have made the book better and possibly more interesting. A lot of this stuff I can’t eat because of food allergies but my kid can. I think I wanted more ready to eat recipes-I’ll cook all day Sunday and store it in the fridge for both of us to eat whenever.

Helpful hints on getting started

I found the organizational part of this book the most helpful for me. I will be able to put a lot of those ideas to good use. Most of the receipts did not appeal to me. But, for 1.09 I am pleased with my purchase

Solid Nutrition

A rating is based on opinion, so I have to go with 3 since most of the recipes were not appealing to me. Also, the introductory information mentions making use of freezing, but there are very few freezer recipes in here.

Too much....

...sweet potato and lamb. Need less sweet potato and lamb, more chard, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, pork, turkey, and fish. Please.

Carb content

I was looking for a low carb cookbook. The recipes have a very large carb content, therefore, it defeats what's on the title.
