Hebraic Roots: The Bible in Context

Rate this book
Written thousands of years ago in a language unknown to most Christians and rife with Jewish customs of ancient and modern times, the Bible can sometimes be hard to understand. Author Rev. Rebecca J. Brimmer has discovered deep riches in that ancient holy book by living in Israel, studying Hebrew and immersing herself in Hebraic thought. Truly Israel makes the Bible come to life. Travel with her on an adventure of discovery and see the Bible through the lens of the Hebraic culture from which it came. A Bridges for Peace publication.

A good book to get your feet wet in studying the Jewishness of Scripture. A very easy read

This book just touches on the main topics of the Jewishness of the Bible. In my opinion, every Christian needs this background information to help fully understand God's words

This is a quick read and perfect introduction for Christians wanting to learn about our Hebrew roots. It would be a good gift for sharing the beginning basics of why we should care about, honor, and bless Israel.
I can’t wait to connect more with Bridges of Peace to be a blessing to Israel, and to continue learning about this special land and people who God loves and chose to bless the world!
