Excellent reminder to use your dehydrator more often! Great new ideas. If you love hot and spicy, own a dehydrator, and are kind of stuck regarding what to do with your dehydrated food, this book is full of great ideas. I thoroughly enjoyed the personal writing approach. I found the website too busy with ads so found the book ideal. Thank you!

There are some copy/paste errors that come from the repetitive nature of the recipes. See page 89 ‘Sesame Ginger Salmon Jerky’ paragraph 6 referring to chicken.

The repetition makes sense, as each recipe can be referenced as needed without re-reading the chapter.

Now I need to borrow or buy a dehydrator to get the most out of the book.
