One Pot? Yes. Keto? Double yes. Lack of pictures = Boo! We want pics! I am crazy about cookbooks, I'm constantly checking them out at my library and buying them and stashing them all over my home. It's a real problem. The recipes in this book sound good, in theory, but how is one to know without those glorious accompanying pics? There was a picture before each chapter, and the chocolate chip cookie skillet looks amazing and needs to get in my mouth right now, but that is just not enough pictures for this cookbook crazy gal!

If you like recipes for family meals, this is your book. I am the only one in my family on this diet. Would have loved to see smaller meals, appetizers, fast-to-fix recipes.

One-pot meals are the perfect solution for someone like me who wants to cook healthy meals for a family without using every dish in the house. The author does recommend prepping some things ahead of time and is correct that doing so makes meal prep easier. However, if you don't prep, some of these meals may not be one-pot. For example, if you make your own marinara sauce for the Vegetable Lasagna, that's an extra pot and time that's not included in the recipe.

Since this book only has photos for each chapter heading, this isn't the most inspiring book to look at. It is a standard paperback size and the recipes I've tried are easy-to-follow and delicious. Several of these recipes are reminiscent of foods I grew up with so despite the lack of pictures, I'm excited for recipes like Beef Stroganoff and Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Casserole.

There are several keto basics included, like Fat Coffee and Mayonnaise, and an entire chapter of sweets that I'm definitely going to be trying out.

I'd recommend this for someone new to keto or those looking for some new comfort-food style recipes.

A good source of simple recipe inspiration, after being on this diet for over two months. It needed more pictures. In the era of the internet, cookbooks can't get by with 6 pictures. I'm also not crazy about the idea of anyone eating vegetable main dishes on Keto. You need that protein on a diet that's already so strict.

A variety of easy, quick, and delicious keto recipes often involving ordinary ingredients. I initially borrowed this book from the library but liked it so much that I purchased my own copy!
