This book is a collaboration of poets Maria Alexander and Christina Kiplinger-Johns. I really enjoyed this book. While I liked Maria's poems a bit more, I also enjoyed Christina's poetic journey through a fictional town called 'Sunnyside'. Both styles are dark but not cliche. Together, they are original and thought-provoking and leave you wanting more.
