This was a fantastic Spiritual Growth workbook/journal to go along with the book by the same name. I chose to listen to the audiobook via Hoopla before writing in my answers each week. Finally, I had the privilege of going through this study with my church's Journey Women Wednesday night Bible study group. The video portions each week added a different element for our study/conversation, etc. Recommended!
