I spent one perfect night with Landon Court. I pretended to be someone else. Now, he's found me. And he's determined to make me pay for deceiving him. But how can I resist when the payment he demands is so, so sweet? On the night she discovers her ex's engagement, Rachel meets Landon, the sexiest man she's ever seen, and he mistakes her for a hooker. The thing is, he's so sexy...what harm can there be in losing herself in his touch just for one night?
Landon prefers his women beautiful and sophisticated, with no desire for commitment, so when his brother ignores his protests and sends him a hooker on his birthday, he's surprised by how willing he is to continue paying for her services. It should be easy, except she's no hooker, and she has no intention of letting him into her life.
As the billionaire owner of Swanson Court Hotels, Landon is used to getting what he wants, and Rachel is not going to be an exception.
This collection includes Drawn to You, Addicted to You, and Lost in You.

These were the first books by Serena I read. And I was unfortunately not hooked, but caught. Firstly by the full series being on promotion at a very discounted price. Secondly, I omitted to the read the reviews before I bought the books. Thirdly, I fell for it after a few pages of reading the sample.
What an ordeal and struggle to get through! The first book was quite good, so 4 stars. The second book? A load of .... The third book? Two stars, maybe. In total? No more than two stars.
I loathe books published in serial form. It is an exploitation of the reader and most often, greediness on the author's part, especially so at the prices charged for 200 pages or less sometimes. What is now seen as mediocre, could have been good, or even excellent if it was published in one condensed book.
Landon was not too bad, but Rachel was a whiny, immature fool. Overly dramatic and schmaltzy. If you have nothing better to do and time, and money to waste, then go for it.
Therefor after reading reviews of her other books, these were also my last.
A Little Less Sex/A Little More Conversation Please
At the end of a three book series we, the readers, really don’t know Landon. We know what has happened to him, his back story and other people in his life but not really him. We needed a POV from his perspective and never got anything. There was loads of sex, which I skipped over but there were too many secrets with this couple. Were Landon’s nightmares a thing of the past? What were his nightmares about Rachel about? More questions than answers. I kind of regret spending the time I did reading this trilogy. The only insight to Landon was in The Hooker Book 1.5 which wasn’t included in this book. This book is totally deletable.

I’m not gonna lie, I couldn’t put it down. A little repetitive after awhile, and very similar in plot to *cough* a book that rhymes with thrifty, but I enjoyed it non the less. Books for me are about escaping somewhere else and this was easy to get swept away in.
Plenty of hot sex, romance and relationships to go along and a plot that made me wonder and keep coming back to see if there would be a happy ending for any of the characters.
I enjoyed this as I got more into the story. I thought a few times that they just wouldn't make it. I kept reading as I just had to know how it turns out. I shows how assumptions about people are not always correct and communication is key.
The Swanson court series is a must read. It has all of the highs and lows of romance novels with extremely steamy scenes. It's a fast paced hard to put down read.
