Milk A-Z

Rate this book
This beautifully illustrated and rigorously researched book will provide convincing and overwhelming evidence that milk does not do a body any good. From allergies to zits - including cancer, heart disease, and osteoporosis - each letter of the alphabet contains an average of six citations from scientific journals that present an antitdote to a lifetime of dairy industry marketing.

Milk A-Z is a very fact laden book about the attributes of milk. Much too long to read aloud for storytime, but good for display.

Used for "Got Milk?, Got Water?, Got Juice?" storytime-April, 2010.

Great source of empirical data on the risks of drinking milk. Short and sweet. Hoping there will be a revised edition soon, so I can read it.
