One of my favorite stories as a child, I checked this out from our local library again and again. It's a sweet story of friendship, inevitable loss, and life going on afterwards. The illustrations were beautifully done as well.
This book is about a man who finds a bird on his hat and they become friends. I didn't really connect with this story. I do not think I would use this in my classroom, if I did I would use it to talk about friendship or maybe music.
One of my most favorite illustration story book <3 The story was so heartwarming and the illustration was lovely. Found this jewel at my office's library about three years ago.
