Six keys: the Cloncurry bank robberies

Rate this book
There have been few, if any, bigger robberies in Queensland than the one which was carried out in Cloncurry during the past weekend.

The two banks in the town, the Queensland National Bank and the Bank of New South Wales were cleaned out of their funds by robbers.

The robbery was so cleverly planned and so neatly executed that there was no indication of it until the premises were open for business on Monday morning and the strong rooms were entered.

Then the alarming discovery was made.
