I found this a bit bare-bones. Could have been enriched greatly by more example photos of end results (especially since many of the exercises are quite basic and open to interpretation). It would have also felt a lot more beneficial to include some sort of reflection/introduction to each exercise and its purpose, prompts or ideas for how to connect the warmup to the session to follow, and maybe some practical tips for facilitating the group through the exercise, rather than just the general intro to the chapters.

The exercises were quite drawing-heavy and a lot were veryyyy similar to each other. I would have loved more variety in the exercises, especially using different mediums like clay. Though this book just focuses on quick warm up exercises with simple setup, so maybe that one’s on me.

Still could be handy in a pinch if you’re already comfortable developing and facilitating therapeutic art exercises and just need some little starting point ideas to riff off of when planning your own quality exercises/sessions.

Caters to groups, though the exercises could be used with individuals. They really are brief - I would have liked some theory to go with the group member vignettes. It's unfortunately quite repetitive as well, and the last category seems a bit random.
