-One star is taken off because this book is clearly targeted towards moms to the point where articles specifically have them in mind with detailed feminine parenting tips. No part of the cover or beginning of the book indicates this. Is it really hard to add "for Moms" ? -Another star is taken off for the mixed messages. It's completely valid to have multiple methods of coping in a magazine designated for advice. My main issue is when various articles contradict each other...
With that said, there's a lot of good advice in here with great dieting tips and meditation/yoga practices. And references to lots of books, universities, and facts that you may not have known before. Just read this magazine...mindfully lol.

A quick easy read with some useful tips. Things you'd know if you've read other self-help types of books, but nice to reinforce anyways. Main takeaway being the practice of mindfulness.
