This is book 2 of this series but Thrax and Agena from book 1 were only mentioned in this book. Would have been nice to have them included more than they were.
Joanna is on Lacerta following the Scodax invasion when something happens and she is saved by Rawn.
15 years ago Rawn went missing, only to show up at the best time to save Joanna.
It takes AWHILE for this couple to take their relationship to the next step. It felt like it was the whole book all most. But omg when they got there IT WAS ON!

As with Thrax Bonnie Burrows has another great book with Rawn, book 2 in the series. The characters are believable and interesting. They have their trials and tribulations, they have moments of fear, and of course they have their moments of love and hot sex. Interesting and intriguing, good reading and a must for your TBR list.

Wow
I liked this book ok. It was a quick read and the action was great. What I didn't like was the words used like "muff" and "man-meat". This book is set in the future why use old outdated words?
