Fidel unplugged! What an unusual and compelling idea. John Krich "read into the mind" of Fidel Castro and produced a novel that reads like an autobiography and vice versa. This is the voice of Fidel Castro if he could say out loud everything the real Castro would say if he wasn't head of state (and very much alive when this novel was published). From his reading preferences to his outlandish sex life Krich captures the voice of a man who knew no inhibitions; not bad for a Yankee author.
