General Ryojin had been Kat’s mentor and friend. He trained her how to be the perfect weapon. The genetic enhancements made her unstoppable until Ryojin secretly conditioned her to follow his every command without fail and brainwashed her to make it impossible for her to kill him. The general’s betrayal didn’t end there. He cloned Kat and used her to gain access to her twin, Kris.

Now Kris and Kat are in a safehouse with the rest of the Wolfegang crew and they have to do damage control. General Ryojin has Kat’s intel on the rebellion and is moving fast. Can they gather their allies and build a gate in time to save the rebellion from extinction? Will Kat be able to undo the General’s brainwashing before he can use her against everybody she loves?

Working on writing my review now and it will be posted here sometime after the book goes live. Things are really starting to heat up for Kat and Wolfe in more ways than one.

This was an okay story. I think I might've enjoyed it more if I read it all the way through instead of reading a bunch of books inbetween. But, that can't be done all of the time, lol.
I still have issues with the uber powerful, can do most everything in an awesome way sort of heroine. At least there wasn't a lot of the every guy wants her because she is soooo beautiful going on.
I was a little confused over the last battle towards the end of the book. I mean I was told something was going on, but it was more of a "that was happening off stage" sort of thing going on where you were told what happened. It seemed disconnected and not as important as what else was happening.

I read this book a year ago and I want to reread it but can't seem to find it anywhere! Does anyone know what happened to the books?
