I can understand why this is rated 18+. The concepts used here are somewhat adult oriented. I did appreciate the Cthulhu reference. However I can't see the group getting out of here without losing at least one member. If you are into prowling through caves, having weird things happen and possibly getting very little for your troubles it seems then this might be for you. One caveat, this was released as part of Free RPG Day back in 2014, so might be a bit hard to get. There a website (www.lotfp.com) which might be the best place to start. Conclusion, moderately fun read but wouldn't want to play it.
