Not a fan of some of the meats used in several recipes

I gave this a 3 rating because several recipes used meats that my family will not eat. I am sure this is a good Instant Pot recipe book for some but there were too many recipes for me using meats I refuse to eat.

Very bad editing for cook book

The editing and prof reading is very poor including instructions for 2 cups of red wine, chopped. The recipes are heavy on curry, masalas, and cocoanut, with use of cumin and cardamon.

Has some good recipes, but I'd appreciate more for those with limited incomes, or food allergies. I can't eat things flavored with chilies, etc.

Good recipes

Lots of good recipes and tips. Some of tips are repetitive however to make the book longer. Overall a good book of healthy recipes.

Didn't really care for this book. There are much better IP books out there. This one is full of mistakes. There are also repeats of recipes so there are not really 550 different recipes. I'm glad I got it from Kindle Unlimited because I would sure be annoyed if I had paid for it.
