When you get the opportunity to read a story you have a few outcomes. This one was very enjoyable. It had just something extra.
It's a super short one but gosh it was so good. I'll try to give an impression without spoiling. Picture... a long road.. finally a rest stop. A small one and only one old rusty car outside.
Jimmy always take the one with the door. When he is finished there is a knock on his door
and a deeply baritone voice said “Are you up for a little adventure?”
What follows is a surprising wonderful erotic encounter...even with an unexpected turn in it.
But there is more, because even this is a short one you get a good impression who Jimmy is and why he is there and more where he is going.
The same with his visitor. Jimmy couldn't believe his eyes..!
The outcome of this story is just wonderful done. I didn't see it coming... very satisfying.
Really well written. Well developed for a short read, captivating as hell and it was sensual, surprising, endearing and absolute worth reading!

Ok, look. This wasn't Shakespeare, but sometimes that doesn't matter. I put on my rose-coloured fiction goggles, strapped myself in for 30 pages, and found myself with a smile on my face near the whole damn time.
This is all about Jimmy. The 'new' Jimmy, not the 'old' Jimmy. And the 'new' Jimmy was awesome. The new Jimmy knew what he wanted, he was resourceful, he had dreams...
This was littered with little surprises and WTF moments. It was different, unexpected. Did I like it? Yes. Yes, I did.

For a short story, this one was fantastic. When I got to the end, I said, "Nooooooo!!!!!"

Jimmy and Jackson are hot, but talked a little to much. Not that it was a bad thing. It helped make Jimmy's transition more believable. Its just at times I wanted more action and less “figuring stuff out.” Thankfully Jackson was understanding. but for just a “little adventure” maybe too understanding.
I enjoyed this quick sexy read and happy it ended the way it did. My rating is purely on the story itself and not the length or that fact that I wanted more. I knew this was a quick read and understand only so much can be told.

This is a short M/M story
I was pleasantly surprised by this read.
I have not read many M/M books, I have only come across them as part of a larger series, It is not a genre that I have really dived into but I will be looking into from now on.
The book was hot, sweet and very very short. - this is the problem I need this to be a full length book!
I want the story to continue. I want to see how Jimmy gets on with this new life of his, and his ex to be green with envy! I need to have more of both of their lives and backstory, and I really need to see them find a way to be together and have a HEA.

Erotic and sensual..that's the first two words that come into your mind after you finish the story.
The next thoughts are "WTF I need to know more about them!!!" and " You better start writing the next part of this story". (Listen to me Alta..Please)
This was my first M/M story after I read a horrid book long back about guys. I feel the author has given due respect and enough sensuality to the characters that any asexual being will start to get HOT.
I also love the fact that she has portrayed men who understands emotions as opposed to my last attempt where they just grunted and had no respect for anyone's emotions.

Oh to be a fly on the wall or in this case a spider in its web in the corner of a men’s room stall. Alta has broken my M/M virginity with this short story of a rest stop rendezvous between a misunderstood loner and a famous film star. This steamy stall scene (say that ten times fast) leads to a sweet ending that leaves you wanting for more.

When approaching a short story, you wonder is it going to have it all? Well, I have to say this one did and it was a great read. It was thoroughly enjoyable and I can’t wait to read more by this author!

Talk about being a fly on the wall I would have loved this spiders eye view!!. This was one very short, very hot and very amusing M/M story. I would love to read a longer version of this to get to know the characters more and see if they both fulfilled their dreams.

A short story that definitely packs a punch.... Alta Lavoy knows how to entertain the reader, bringing together emotions and feeling in her characters, while keeping it light and fun for the reader to totally get lost in. Recommended reading.

For a short tale it’s filled with a captivating story of a hot, sexy chance encounter that leads to the potential for so much more. It’s an erotic journey you won’t want to miss. But don’t worry, what happens at the rest stop doesn’t always stay at the rest stop. 😉😉
