This book is on how to become a better leader. It strives to explain the fundamentals of leadership in a succinct, relevant, and practical manner. It simplifies leadership into eight easy lessons. They are as follows: task definition, effective planning, briefing, regulating, motivating, organizing, assessing, and setting a good example. The book’s climax may be found in what is known as “leading by example,” which takes readers through a step-by-step process of leadership development. Reading the book will provide readers with academic understanding as well as practical ideas to help them set a good example as leaders. The book is directed at people who are about to take their first steps on the leadership road, or who are at an early point in their career and understand they will have to assume leadership duties.
