I thought I would be more excited about this one than I actually am, but for some reason there aren't all that many recipes in here I'm interested in trying. It's pretty potato-heavy, for one thing, and I'm not really a huge fan of the potato dishes, and then there are things that are traditionally made with rice that have quinoa substituted here, and I'm not really a huge fan of quinoa either. I just don't find it particularly inspiring, I guess? It seems solid, but...maybe there's something about cooking these things on the stove that somehow appeals to me more.
