If you read this Audiobook it. This was a lot of word salad with NO substance. Lots talking but nothing was said. Not really an introduction to buddhism, just a lot of talking. After listening I didn't learn much about even the basic philosophy / tenets of it. Seems like this was some scam like "come to a free lecture value of $1500" and all they do is get you in a room to sell you on buying the information for another lecture. This seems like a bad sales pitch to buy his courses or something. It was pretty bad. Author would have been better off making this 15-20 minutes and just talk about what buddhism stands for and discarding his word salad.
