About the author

Ursula Wölfel (1922-2014) was a German author of children's books. She studied German studies in Heidelberg, and after World War II became a special education teacher.

She published her first children's book in 1959 and became a full-time author two years later. For most of the rest of her life, she resided in the Odenwald region in Southern Germany, where she passed away after a short illness in 2014, at age 92.

از محبوب ترین کتاب‌های دوران کودکیم که حاضر بودم هزاران بار بخونمش و همراه اون پدر و پسر هربار کوله‌مو پر از خوراکی کنم و بزنم به جاده و تا هرجا که میشد، حتی هربار چند قدم، جلوتر برم.
کتابی که در جابه‌جایی ها گم شد اما همیشه ماجراهاش و حسشون توی ذهن و قلبم هست

¡Qué recuerdos!
Al introducir este libro en GR me han venido muchísimos recuerdos y todos buenos. La verdad es que no se cuantas veces lo releí cuando era niño e incluso alguna vez más de mayor pero casi siempre en época estival o estando enfermo en la cama.
La historia es sencilla pero muy emotiva y la relación del padre y el hijo protagonistas está admirablemente escrita sin caer en ñoñerías.
Sin duda recomiendo a todos los padres a que traten de compartir esta lectura con sus hijos.

Kısa ve kilolu olduğu için arkadaşlarının onunla dalga geçmesine üzülen Tim, doğum gününde ailesinden beklenmedik bir hediye alır. Babasıyla birlikte bir yolculuğa çıkar, yol boyunca babası ona hikayeler anlatır. Geri döndüklerinde Tim hala kısa ve kiloludur ama artık eskisi gibi buna üzülmez.
