My last book of the year. This little gem brought so many fond memories to mind for me. I highly recommend picking up a little “Pickity”, especially if you’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting this precious hideaway in Mason, NH. Mom and I used to treat ourselves to the gift shop every spring once the road dried out. It was something we always looked forward to as an annual tradition. Learning about the details of how it came about and the lovely family that made it all happen was a real treat. The pictures and artwork are eye candy. A beautiful book, “Well Done, Wendy Walter, thank you for sharing!”

A delightful read, giving the history of a place I have visited many times over the years. The author grew up at Pickety Place, and shares her perspective of her family's life. Lots of photographs and lovely art work enhance this little book.
