An ancient alien race is dying, and Eva may hold the key to their salvation.
When she reads about their struggle and of the offer of fifty thousand credits being offered just to see if her DNA is compatible with the alien DNA, she jumps at the chance to help and to solve her financial problems.
She never anticipates being a match, let alone her DNA will be completely compatible with the hot alien warrior king.
Now he’s relying on her to save his entire race.
How far will she go to help the sexy alien king?
Galaxy Alien Warriors series are Stand-alone Science Fiction alien abduction romance books with fated mates and a guaranteed HEA, no cheating, no cliffhangers, and plenty of impossible Alphas! So if you like it fast, and gritty, and sexy, this is for you!
There are no weak wilting violets here! Eva is a smart and capable woman with a tender heart. That is how she ended up volunteering in a compatibility test trial to help save a dying alien race called Juhlians. And the money she receives to help her surrogate sister helps also. She has been through quite a bit in order to reach the final stages of the program, including weathering nasty flu like symptoms, and being the sole candidate left. But she's determined not to back out. Raevumon (Raevu) is the king of the Juhlian people, he's a stubborn hero, but the loyalty he has for the ones he loves and his people are endearing. He has pinned their hopes of survival, in the possible compatibility of humans and Juhlians. Trading technology for trials in genetic testing on volunteering human women. Shocked to hear Eva is one of the sole remaining candidates, and the surprise of seeing his family crest upon her shoulder signifying her as his life mate, makes things a lot more serious and baffling for the both of them.
This was an exciting read, and the world building was fantastic. I loved Eva and all her feistiness. From thwarting her own abduction, to standing her ground against a very bossy and sexy alien. She was compassionate and in some instances fearless, but was vulnerable in matters of the heart. She and Raevu clicked, and in some instances clashed, but made a great couple. I would have loved more scenes and dialog of them casually bonding over conversation, but I still enjoyed it. And hope for another story with Ivy and Laura.
Raevu's planet needs the help of the women of Earth to populate their country and Eva wants to help others. She has her own adoptive family and feels blessed to have them.
The program to see if her and other volunteers' DNA will work is not much fun. She turns out to be the only survivor. She also turns out to be compatible with Raevu and he wants more than just a surrogate.
It is a well-written story with lots of character development. Eva is a strong woman who is not going to just go along with what others want. She and Raevu have quite an attraction but there are some real issues for them. It has some surprises and the story keeps your interest.
*inhales* I’m annoyed that we still don’t seem past the point of having women be mean & nasty to each other, SOLELY to make the heroine (h) seem to be this all around Snow White, pure angel. It’s boring and it gives your characters ZERO depth. In fact, I’d wager, as to go as far as saying, it makes the ‘“Egocentric, immodest, conceited…” villainess MORE interesting.
(Quote copied directly from the story and used to describe Acidi. Speaking of, if women are so precious and they’re practically forced to beat children of ALL the males, why is Acidi being described as immodest? Again, these women are being FORCED into the servitude of the repopulation of their race. SOLELY because they’re the (un)lucky few, who happened to be born as women. They are not given a chance to refuse and yet they are SUPPOSEDLY highly respected and valued in this society?
Not buying it. If they truly were revered, Acidi would not have reacted that way to what happened with Hope. Regardless of how much the authors try to get you to believe she’s just this awful, terrible and dreadful woman who is so vain, even she couldn’t have tolerated that.
Sex scenes - dry, boring, yawn inducing, Snoozefest! I started skimming, found myself rolling my eyes, then struggled to press forward. I believe the authors realised they wrote the characters with ZERO chemistry as well because, except for one sex scene that I can think of- which was the sopu tree mating ceremony, all the sex scenes are told in flashbacks. Man, are they repetitious too! If I read one more line about ‘expelling his hot seed,’ I am going to SCREAM!!!
Boring whats-her-name was so self-righteous about everything. Ugh! How could Acidi do this? How could Acidi do that? Ma’am, instead of trying to be the perfect girl for the H, you could have tried to see things from Acidi’s perspective and quit being so male identified all the time. Like, do you never get tired? She was perfect at all the things. She was beauty, she was grace! The people loved her. The sentient trees loved her. The priest all but said, ‘she’s the chosen one.’ Ughhhhh… for the love of my sanity, give it a rest. - oh yeah, her name’s Eva. Says a lot when you don’t even care enough to remember h name. Especially when it’s so easy. If that doesn’t let you know how dull she was, I don’t know what will.
Let’s break down Raevu. I get what the authors were going for. I do, but it just wasn’t properly executed. Instead of brooding king that exudes mystique and danger, he was immature, irritable and unlikable. This book also did a lot of the telling and NONE of the showing.
Eva the saviour wrote up immigration laws in her capacity of ambassador that NONE of the Juhlians- a race of highly intelligent and scientifically advanced beings thought of! Not even once, in the years they were brainstorming ideas to save the planet. Another thing, the tests only yielded a SINGLE survivor- Eva- yet suddenly, thousands of Earth women wanted to carry their babies. Did I miss something? You know what? I’m not going to lose my mind about any more of the happenings in this book.
This is my third book from these authors now and they have a knack for starting off well and just going downhill hard and fast. Will finish the rest of the books in this series, but after that, not sure I’ll be picking up anything further from this duo.
I love alien books especially with exciting plots and steamy scenes. And Raevu is no different, I love the way this story went the plot line alone took my interest completely. It was hard to put down then again Lara's books are heavy on world building and really exciting plot.
Character breakdown;
Eva; I loved her sass, her fierceness her passion and her kindness and her big heart dispate all she been through. Her protectiveness was also something to admire. Her interactions with everyone was hilarious too, she's a spitfire I enjoyed her thoroughly.
Raevu; stubborn, impulsive, arrogant and cavemen like lol not even aliens escape that trait. But I loved to see him learn how to properly treat and react to Eva. I loved that everyone around him had to make him see what he was doing wrong it was quite funny. But Raevu was precisely why I read these books. It's a learning curve after all.
This book had action, emotion and plenty of twists. I'd recommend it for anyone who looks for plenty of action in an alien book not just steamy romance.
When Raevu's alien race starts to die but to a lack of females, human Eva is one of a handful of volunteers who want to help them to survive - sweetened by 50,000 credits just to see if her DNA is compatible which should clear all of her debts. What she never anticipated was to be a match let alone be completely compatible with the hot alien king Raevu himself. Can they both work together to iron out some major communication issues, a badly run programme on Earth and have the HEA they could have?
I enjoyed this story which had plenty of misunderstandings, drama, danger, evil plots and incompetence in generous amounts throughout the story. I loved that Eva was strong and festy (which definitely came in handy at times in the story) and that Raevu was a very typical male who needed to learn the ways to handle negotiation with anyone who was not accustomed to obeying your orders without question. Easy to read and understand. Contains explicit sexual content.
I’m new to this author and what a fantastic start with RaeVu. Eva was tested to find out if she was compatible to be mated to an alien warrior, she thought that she wouldn’t be but to her shock she was compatible to an alien warrior king. Sassy and stubborn Eva isn’t happy about the match and she causes trouble when she can. Eva finally steps up when a woman named Acidi tries to claim RaeVu for her own. Eva needed her butt kicked a few times but with RaeVu’s compassion and a hell of a lot of patience he finally gets through to her. Even though this book is book 4 it’s a standalone, I’m going to buy the other 3 books. This book was a great start in being introduced to Lara’s books and I will be definitely keeping my eyes out for this author. You have everything you need in this book to make it a great alien sci-fi romance read. I definitely recommend this book it’s well worth the read.
Bysewsummoreon 8 March 2018 Format: Kindle Edition Raevu is King and ruler of his people on the planet Juhl and due to the ever declining birth rate of females, it became imperitive to search for females of other races to bare their young or the Juhlian race will disappear for ever. The "Peace Opportunity Program" was iniated between Juhl and Earth to search for compatible females and when amatch is made Raeve travels to meet this woman who baresthe mating mark of his family. This was a great story with lots of action and vivid discriptions of the alien planet. There were several twist to make the storyline interesting and paved the way for more books in the series.

Eva volunteers herself as a baby momma for aliens in exchange for quick cash to help her family. But oh snap, we learn that Eva turns out to be the King Raevu’s life-mate. Awe.
First thing’s first, Eva’s kickass. She also has kind of a mom-vibe, especially when she gets mad… or maybe that’s just me? Her mate, Raevu, is pretty cool too, but not as much as Eva.
The plot really hooked me in the beginning. I felt like after the initial conflict, all the other problems sort of petered out into the stereotypical alien-royalty-nabs-a-human way. Oh, well — still four stars!
I wouldn’t keep it on my shelf just because this doesn’t stand out to me compared to its competition, but I would recommend it.
Slow to start, interesting premise. This was a good story. It had potential to be better. The premise was interesting, but it lacked enough punch and momentum to make it more fulfilling. Raevu was a more interesting character than Eva was. He at least was described sympathetically, whereas, at the beginning she was just kind of there. Towards the middle, the action picked up a little, but it was still just a little, meh, and it took a long time for the story to unfold. The fact that he didn't ask the questions of his advisors about how his DNA would affect his non-mates, before the trials, was bothersome andI kind of lost some of that respect though. The story was good, I've read worse, but it could totally have been better, faster, more exciting.
I love sci-fi romance sooooo much! This book. This story, has some how made me love the genre even more. At first, i was worried i want going to like it because Raevu was kind of a butt. Though he turned it all around in the end and proved himself to be a very wonderful, sexy alpha alien. I w pulls highly recommend this book. I know that my next step is to read any of the other bod from this series that is already out or will soon come out. Happy reading! Rating 5 stars

Ok first off I have experience with this writers work I read Dekkir and loved it and I am picky with my sci-fi romances ! Lol This is a good one I will admit it took me a minute to get into but so glad I did!!
Raevu I was intriguedwith how they might look like description wise in my head and totally loved it !
Eva I loved her fiesty personality and determination to do better for her family and the courage it took to do what was needed I could so relate to her on many different levels! Highly recommended!!
**I voluntarily reviewed a Advanced Reader copy of this book **
Eva has volunteered with the Peace Opportunity organization as a surrogate or donee for an alien nation whose few females are producing mostly males, causing the treat of extinction of an entire race.
Or has she been withheld information regarding her role in saving these people?
Another great story with a strong female leading character who has a big heart and a keen mind. Yes, the sexy times with the hot warrior king added spice to the story, but the star was wonderful Eva!
This was a really good paranormal romance it is the fourth book in the series but the first I have read and I had no problems getting into it.If you enjoy a good alien romance then you will like this it was a well written hot read I just Eva she was a complete Bad ass with a huge heart and Raevu he was really arrogant and a complete alpha but I really enjoyed watching him learn how to do right by Eva.A super read I really liked it.
Raevu was a fun story to read. There is a feisty, independent and kind woman, Eva, who is brave enough to take advantage of opportunity to save herself. Raevu, looking for a way to save his people from extinction looks to Earth for a solution. A testing program is set up on Earth to find woman (volunteers) comparable as mates. Eva volunteers and matches with Raeve. There is danger, deceit, betrayal, twists, and HEA.
This book is highly entertaining and enjoyable. wonderful characters have great chemistry. Plot is engaging an grabs and keeps your interest well. This book has it all, steam, drama, suspense, action, danger, sweetness and passion. I loved this alien, fated mates romance, it's sassy heroine and sexy alpha hero. I'm posting a completely voluntary and honest review after reading this book.

First let me say that I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book, but it in no way influenced my feedback. I always leave an honest review. Also, this is my first time with this author, & hopefully not my last.
Wow, this story was Gr8. I will say Eva is one stubborn woman, but I like how Raevu dealt with her. I recommend this read. 5 Thumbs up
A very enjoyable read. It is exciting, suspenseful, emotional, and fun read. No spoilers from me. He is in need of her and she is a headstrong woman. Lots of things happening. I was given a review copy by booksprout and voluntarily review it.
A alien king gets his life mate from one woman left in the studies performed.
A alien race looking to repopulate their species by mating with human women . All have failed but one woman passing all tests run by earth standards continuing trade agreements with the alien race .
Wow, this was one hot book. It had everything - hot romance, intrigue, adventure. That Eva girl was one sassy lady. Didn't take anything lying down. She stood up and was no pushover to Raevu alpha maleness. The chemistry between them was great and even though there weren't a lot of sex scenes it didn't take away from the story at all. I was engrossed right up to the very end. I look forward to reading more from this author. Great job!
