I have followed this series from the beginning. Ariella, or Ari to her friends, have been through and awful lot together. Ari was is the quietest of the three and she is the most protected by her two friends Jillian and Lacy, but she has a quiet strength that comes out even more toward the end of this book.
Marcus Deane started out as her friend because his brothers were linked to her two friends. Marcus knew loss, he is a widower. He wants to protect Ari, everyone does.
Trouble seems to follow this couple even before they met. The story was good and had lots of connections to the other books in the series.
I liked it and it kept my interest and it was fun to catch up with her siblings. Apparently there are more than anyone ever knew. There were however a lot of grammatical errors. More so than any of the previous novels. This will not keep me from looking forward to the next one in the series and I hope that one about Sid, the youngest is coming. We know the least about her.
