I'M GETTING VERY IMPATIENT! I need this ASAP! errr!

That was months ago! Where is this damn thing? I swear if I have to add a 6th author to my "authors who dont finish, they just vanish list" I'm going to go bezerk! Finish or don't start to begin with! Suck me in then make me suffer. Leave us something...when can I get my hands on this?!

I have to use one main review for each book as the author has amalgamated into boxsets. This review is about the first 3 books. Jason the first book in the series Philistine Heart. I had trouble getting through this read and the next several. This first story revolves around Bridget a 5 yr relationship with Blake long distance and Jason, her new boss who has secrets and a troubled past. They are both immediately smitten and taken with each other and soon they enter a sexual relationship but he still doesn’t know about Blake. Bridget and Jason are immediately attracted to each other and soon their relationship becomes sexual in nature, but what will she do when the truth begins to come out about Jason. This is the start of a kind of an entanglement. The next two books are included in this box set. I read them separately. I had trouble. I found myself putting them down often and starting something else so it’s taken me a while to get through them. There are many factual and continuity issues. People named wrong, spelled wrong. It just didn’t hold my attention, so I found the entire read quite difficult to get through. I guess it just wasn’t my cup of tea. I won’t read further from this author but wishher the best.

Starting the book with Susan former friend of Briget who didn't tell everything to her, cause she wanted to protect her friend. Susan going to Priester J. to talked and questioned him about lies who aren't told, like 'white lies'. He's a hottie guy, she thought was a gay one just because he made a promess of chastity when he could have all the girls he wants. Everytime she goees to church, she would ask something and he would give patiently advies & prayers, answers.
Jason gets what he wants in life even if he has to lie & connive, first perseption from Briget POV is that he is pompous, arrogant but she also find him gentle, warm, a source of comfort and strenght. But little she knows how he also can manipulate if or when he get the chance, for his own good. Like her not working at all or leaving behind everything she has in her previous town, friends without saying a proper goodby, her work, her furniture....to strat a new life.
Will love be enough ? Will the secrets be too much?
It is full of passion, mystery, hot alpha-male behavior. Hmm ... Yum Yum! You will not be disappointed! Intense, full of excitement, drama. Nice cocktail :)

Secrets is Jean Evergreen’s third book in her Philistine Heart series and continues Bridget and Jason’s story. Bridget makes her decision to choose Jason and moves into his world in New York City where she delves deeper into his past. I recommend this well written novel which has complex and flawed characters, an intriguing storyline, dark secrets, mysteries, suspense, and sizzling romance. There is a major cliffhanger at the end of this book which will hopefully be explored in the fourth book of this series entitled Confessions.

I have really enjoyed this series so far and Jean Evergreen is extremely talented at keeping her readers guessing as to what is going to happen and how this tale will eventually play out. It is difficult to review without giving away too many 'secrets' but I can say that Bridget and Jason's story continues to keep me hooked and eager to see what happens next! I certainly didn't see the ending so fingers crossed we aren't left too long for the next instalment!

This is the 3rd book I’ve read written by Jean Evergreen; she has written an excellent book.

This is the 3rd book of the Philistine Heart Series and I can’t wait to read the next books of the Series. The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book. I can't wait to read the next book of this series, each book keeps getting better & better.

I loved the chemistry between Bridget & Jason.

I am a little annoyed with this serie. For me, there is just to much religios "babbling" going on. I admit that I just swipe thought those pages without reading, and so far it doesn't seam like I am missing anything impornent that regards the storyline. So I find the whole thing to be unnecessary "noise"
Also, I kind of wish this Susan person could just be written off.. She I so God damn infuriating that I wish someone could push her in front of a bus..

Didn’t see that coming.

Just finished the 3rd book in this series, and am looking forward to (hopefully) the conclusion.

Our heroine, Bridget, made me a little bit tense with her flip flopping, but by book3, I understood her a bit better.

I wanted so badly for Jason to be a good guy, he really seemed to be heading in that direction, but that darn cliffhanger!!

I’ve enjoyed the books so far, I just hope it’s not one of those 20+ book series, because I’m done with those.

Jason has finally has Bridget moving to New York with him. Soon after the move Bridget finds out she is pregnant. Susan who was her best friend, before deception caused a fall out, is trying to find out what Jason is up to. So many lies, secrets and deception. Who is this Exspiravit? What is she;he up to and why? Will Susan find anything on Jason? Will Bridget find out the truth and if she does can she accept it? I received an arc copy for my honest review.

This is book three in The Philistine Heart series. This book leaves you wondering, what is the truth? What is a lie? And who is really saying what? Bridgett has made her decision, she leaves everything behind and is off to New York to be with Jason. Jason's past is not ready to let go so we battle forward as he attempts to show and convince Bridgett that he indeed loves her. Moving on to book four. Enjoy!

I am truly into this series now. What is going on? I don't know what to believe at this point. Jason's secrets are being revealed. Bridget does not know who or what to believe. What is the end game for Amber and Lisa? The characters are evolving with the story line. The story line is developing all sorts of twists and turns that I am not expecting. Can't wait to unravel this mystery.

This is the third book and you have to read the first two before diving into this one. In this one Bridget makes the decision between Jason and Blake and is living in New York. Amazing continuation of the story.

So this one is a little confusing! You think you know what’s happening, then it gets confusing and you wonder if you’re still reading the right book, (had To go back a page to check here and there) and then there’s the cliffhanger!
