This book was a great read and full of actionable information! Krista really delivered on her promise to provide insight and practical application information. I’m a very distracted reader normally but her conversational writing style had me captivated and made it hard to put the book down. I highlighted, took notes and placed sticky tabs all over the pages! Now I’m making my way back through to do all the homework and begin the implementation process! Thank you so much Krista for freely and lovingly sharing your knowledge to help improve MY life.

Packed with useful information. I had a highlighter and sticky notes out for the duration of the book. It’s really no surprise that Krista is in the top 1% of realtors nationwide considering her wealth of knowledge. I can’t imagine what information is in her other books because WOW. She answered questions I didn’t even think to ask.
