The Lynch Brothers #1-2

Hunting Witch Hazel | Threat of Raine (Special Edition): Books 1 & 2 in the Lynch Brothers Series

Rate this book
Books 1 & 2 of the Lynch Brothers Series Hunting Witch Hazel Be careful what you wish for... Grayson: I was happy with my West Coast life - 24-hour pizza delivery and bikini-clad bodies as far as the eye could see. Now I'm in the small-ass town of Hayvenwood to extract a ransom to save my little brother's life. And that ransom is locked inside of the sexiest witch I have ever met, Hazel Evanora. I need her powers, and I have less than a week to steal them. Hazel: I can't let a human get close to me. I can't risk having any more blood on my hands, no matter how magical it feels when Grayson is near me. Did I just really use the word magical? Clearly, I've been selling off my brain along with my powers. But the suffocating bills from my mother's addiction rest on my shoulders. And if I'm late again, they'll come after everyone I care about. Including Grayson. Threat of Raine There's no way to stop a storm... Loren: The last time I kissed Raine, she nearly died. I've stayed away for five years, making sure she was safe from me, safe from the creatures I hunt. Now, there's a demon chasing me who wants revenge. His sights are locked on Raine. Raine: My ex, who disappeared five years ago, just showed up, kidnapped my best friend, and told me I'm some rare breed of witch. Oh, don't forget there's a demon after me. But I'm not the meek little girl he remembers. I'm not going down without a fight.

Hunting Witch Hazel: God, this book. Ms Novak built a world that made me want to be a part of it. I want to have Hazel as my best friend, no joke. Her snark and quick wit are awesome. Though she longs to give all the love in her heart, Hazel keeps herself guarded to protect her sister and those around her safe. Watching Grayson’s journey from the guy who doesn’t want anything to do with being at Hayvenwood to being fully devoted to Hazel and willing to stand by her side is beautiful.

Five stars for the book and five tacos for Heather Novak

Threat of Raine had me hooked from the very beginning. While it is a short novella, Ms. Novak has a spectacular ability to build her characters in a short amount of time. Raine and Loren's past touched me, and I was immediately drawn in and wanted their HEA. Raine's personality makes me want her for a best friend, along with everyone else in the book! I love the Hayvenwood world and the Lynch Brothers

Heather is the reason I started reading romance novels. It started with the Flash fictions under Eliza’s posts on Instagram, then I ordered this book and fell in love.

Mind you, I never had a relationship in my 20 years here on Earth but this made me feel all fuzzy inside.

I fell in love with the characters and their interactions, with how determined they are to protect their loved ones and with the positivity they spread.

Thank you Heather for easing me into this genre!!
