This was a streamy and fun May/December romance. It kept me entertained and interested, and I especially enjoyed the interactions with Ava’s Dad. My only complaint was that at times I found Ava a little emotionally young - she was scared and not self aware, but it was hard to empathise when you wanted to shake her to grow up a little. However that was only one moment, overall a good read.

To be honest, I couldn't even finish the book. Tanner and some random hooking up in a closet ruined it for me totally. This kindcif stuff is not cool. Sex with someone other than the intended eventual love in is gross and ruins books. Why would anyone want to read a sex act scene between one of the main characters and someone who isn't the other character? How are we supposed to read that and then enjoy the similar scenes later when the two main characters get together? I hate hate hate books that have this type of stuff. I am seriously going to make a list of all the authors who write this way and then never read anything they write ever again. I am so tired of this garbage.

Very well written short story with great storyline and plot. A sweet romance. It is a nice read. Full of expanse and hotness. But absolutely worth the read. A bit different than other books with this theme and that is only positive. I like that the characters are relatable and likeable. A story about daring to take what you want and how to open up for the unknown things.
I love the journey towards their HEA. There are laughs, drama, passion, emotions, hot scenes, twists and lots of chemistry in this amazing story. It is written in dual POV which gives the reader much more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. Great romance with a twist and very enjoyable read though. The epilogue is very welcomed and gives the story more to it and it finishes better of than without it.

Ava has been keeping where she works a secret from her father. She's working for his old best friend and her father would be upset by that. Tanner knew who Ava was but not that she hadn't told her father where she worked until it was too late. Tanner tried to keep his distance after both him and Ava acknowledged the attraction they had but seeing her everyday was too much temptation. Everything was going great until her father decided to mend fences with Tanner. Ava is terrified that her father will learn about her and Tanner and is doing everything she can to avoid that. However Tanner wants to tell her dad everything and move forward with their relationship. Will Ava fear be the cause of their relationship ended?
This was a great story about an older man and a younger woman. The conflict is she's his ex best friend's daughter and if its a real thing or a fling. Once I started I couldn't put it down. If you haven't read anything by this author then this book will make you a fast fan.

Ava and Tanner... I thought these two made a great pair since they were so very similar. Tanner is a driven man, he has sacrificed everything for his company. Love, Family, and Friends. Ava, fresh out of college and now working for Tanner. The only problem is that Tanner is her dad's ex-partner and the two of them have bad blood between them. Tanner, has known Ava since she was little but now that she is all grown up he wants more than he should from her. Ava, has always had a crush on him so working for him makes it hard. When these two come together their is so much passion, they both have strong feelings for one another , but they are struggling with the what ifs of everything and everyone. This is one of my favorites, I really enjoyed these two and how they are connected by the past and know the present. This is a must read!

This one is a fast-paced billionaire forbidden romance. An Older man and younger woman romance. This one definitely has interesting story.
I like the whole plot and story, all the drama, all the lies and secrets and those hotness.
It felt too fast for me though, everything happen so fast and it's a bit predictable, but I still enjoying it nonetheless.
As for characters, I love Tanner, I can feel his struggle to do what's right, he's such a great kind and sweet man.
And Ava, I don't like this girl, she's so young, so I understand her behaviours, but it's a bit annoying for me, she's so childish, I wanted to slap her most of the time.
If you love billionaire forbidden romance, you might love this one.

I love an older man, younger woman romance and the chemistry between the characters Tanner and Ava sizzled. She’s 25 and has gone to work for Tanner, a man twice her age who used to be in business with her father, Dean. Dean and Tanner had a disagreement and decided to dissolve their partnership when Dean decided he wanted to spend more time with his daughter and his wife. Tanner was completely committed to work and making the business a success. Ava is like minded with her dedication to making her mark in business, having just received her MBA. Not only does she hide the fact that she is working for Dean’s nemesis, but she is also carrying on an affair with him. Ava manages to break down Tanner’s resolve to not have a relationship since his marriage dissolved. When Tanner decides to enter into a committed relationship, Ava gets cold feet and when her father finds out where she is working and who she is carrying on with, she has her perfect reason to back off from carrying on with Tanner. It’s her waffling that drove me to distraction with the storyline and made her seem very juvenile and I found it hard to believe that a man twice her age would be so patient with her. While I liked the book, I was relieved to read the epilogue and put this book behind me.

Yes, lies and secrets seem to find a way out and not always in the best of ways. Will Dean and Ava come out the other side once all the dust settles? He can’t believe that she has become such a beautiful woman that he can’t stop thinking about.

She is going to earn her own way in this world so he accepts a job from her father’s ex-best friend. She just has to keep it a secret from the one man she doesn’t keep secrets from, her dad.

I really wanted to love this book. I am a HUGE fan of May-December romance. That said this book was a constant back and forth and not really going anywhere. At the beginning I tried to overlook the "mess" that was the Ava, but as the book progressed I just really hated the character. She was all over the place. She made a big deal out of EVERYTHING! Her relationship with both her father and with Tanner would have been a lot better if she had just gotten her shit together. That said I think this issue was deeper than that. I think this was just really bad characterization on the authors part. This character just needed a LOT more work before putting her in a book. Sorry but that is just my thought. The other thing that kept me from giving a better rating was the repetition of phrases and situations. There were many chapters that I felt like we were just repeating the same problem that was supposedly taken care of. Like I said this book was just a mess. I think that it needed more time planning these characters and plot. Sorry Mia but this one just didn't do it for me.

Sizzling hot story with strong characters, family and history. Tanner has known Ava since she was a baby as her father, Dean, and he used to be business partners. Dean wanted to focus more on his family, so Tanner buys out his side of the company and their friendship is damaged. Fast forward about 10 years with Tanner having an extremely successful financial/marketing company and Dean's daughter Ava coming to work for Tanner. Secrets, misunderstandings and fear threaten the relationship blooming between Tanner and Ava. Their chemistry jumps off the page and only grows as their love blossoms. Great story with twists and turns you don't expect and a HEA to make you smile. I received an advanced reader copy of this book.

Tanner knows Ava should be off limits, for many reasons, but his lust filled brain can't accept that. Their chemistry is so potent ans it doesn't take long before they end up together. They decide it needs to be a one time thing, but their passion can't be denied. Their tumultuous and rocky road is such a good read, I loved it!!!

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Tanner and Ava. Both of these people are looking for something or someone that the never thought they could have. Little did either of them know how the other is feeling. They both are looking for more. What happens though when that more happens? Will it destroy them both or will they finally find what they have been looking for all along?
this is a great story about finding what you really want in life and going for it. There are some twists and turns that I really want to tell you all about but don't want to ruin the story for anyone else. The story of Ava and Tanner. Ava straight out of college and looking to make it in the business world. Tanner a man who already has made it but wants more.
OMG. I wanted to punch Ava in the face because she made me so mad. She was so busy looking for everyone's approval that she ended up be emotionally self destructive.
Tanner knew right away that Ava was the one for him but fought his feelings. Watching him hurt when Ava was in one of her moods was so frustrating that I wanted to scream.
The love story bloomed, withered and bloomed again with a side of steamy heat thrown in the mix. I would definitely recommend this book.

Tanner works in his own finance successfull enterprise. He had chosen his enterprise and not his family, so now, is divorced and single. Ava is the daughter of Tanner’s ex partner (who chose another way of life ten years ago). She’s smart and is just graduated in finance. Tanner hires her even if he knows it will create some tension between him and her father.

Another fabulously written story, it's a older man, younger woman and it's exciting and sexy and I was hooked, I couldn't put it down. Ava is working for her dad's ex best friend and business partner, Tanner on the quiet, as she knows he won't be happy if he found out, what they both never envisioned was the intense attraction they both have for each other, do they fight the attraction and ignore it? do they have just one night and get it over with? or do they follow their instincts, and see where it goes? grab a copy and see what happens.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. Wow! This book had me captivated from the start. Ava and Tanner were one hot couple. Add to that the fact that Ava is working for Tanner and has kept it a secret from her father. Tanner and Ava's dad use to be friends. Tanner has no idea that Ava has not told her father that she works for him. This leads to some very entertaining reading. The two have tried to not act on their attraction but find themselves failing. What will her father think when he finds out? Can they keep it a secret? This is a very well written book and I enjoyed it a lot. I loved how everything works out in the end!

I enjoyed this story for the most part, however, Ava was too wishy-washy and immature. Was she a teenager or a grown woman. All of the coddling her feelings and letting her get away with her issues didn't sit too well. Truthfully, I couldn't see why Tanner was interested in such a flibbertigibbet. And her dad Dean was a bit of a pain too, but at least he changed his tune. The daughter kept it up until almost the end. And that really irked me. But I did like the premise of this story. I voluntarily read this book in exchange for my honest opinion.

Mia Ford has written a book that contains everything. It is a May December romance with Tanner being Ava's father's ex best friend. They start to work together and you can feel the tension and chemistry between them. The relationship is like a rollercoaster as things do not run smoothly but this just adds interest to keep the reader hooked. I loved Tanner as a character and Ava she was great as well. Ava's friend Briana dispensed great advice and I would love a friend like this. Highly recommend.

Entangled by Mia Ford is an older man / younger woman romance that is well worth reading. Loved the characters and the storyline. Tanner Johnson, CEO of MJ Financial & Marketing and Ava Markus, the newly hired assistant financial consultant, have the hottest chemistry that they both fight to the very end. Will they get beyond the fear? Will they find happiness? This was a great book and definitely recommend it and the author. One click it today!!

Voluntary review of an ARC. What a lovely May/December romance! Tanner and Ava started their relationship with a lie to her father about where and for whom she was working. Then as it usually happens, the lies became compounded and the situation more and more entangled. I liked the characters, particularly Tanner. Ava was a little annoying with her constant waffling and unreasonable anger. The ending, although very happy, I felt was a little too pat. Good overall read and I would recommend it.

There is Ava who is beginning her first job though it is for her Dad's nemesis and former best friend. Then there is Tanner, the former best friend of her Dad & a complete player, not looking for any type of relationship. There is an immediate chemistry between them even though it is an older man/young woman romance. Will they act on their feelings? What will happen should her Dad find out? You'll need to read the story to find out. It is well written and a good quick read.

Entangled is a great addition to the line of fantastic books by Mia Ford. Remember the old saying. OH ! What A Tangled Web We Weave When First We Practice To Deceive. Secrets that's the name of the game for Tanner and Ava seeing how Tanner is Ava dad's ex best friend. How do you ignore a hot connection you don't and that's how Tanner and Ava hooked up. This book will give you the older man/younger women hot affair and it also has drama can you imagine why there's steamy sex scenes, and a strong emotional pull with a HEA ending.
