around a 3.5 because it was for phil and I probs would not have read it by my own discretion, but overall really great book for an intro to phil. I liked Kazez's central ideas about the necessities, the fundamental goods, and the capacity argument, but disagreed with her on Ch 9 for a variety of reasons, most buried in my phil notes. overall p solid, read each chapter twice so counts as a re-read as well which is dope.
