Knocked Up by Brother's Best Friend

Rate this book
He's the one who went away.
After...knocking me up!

I knew I shouldn't have,
And yet I did.
He's the town troublemaker, a ripped alpha male who is nothing I need,
But everything my curves crave.
He's got the reputation of a bad boy who works hard, and plays harder.
And yet I can't resist his body
Which is as bitingly hot as his tongue.
Worse...he's my brother's best friend.

Our attraction is instant,
Our troubles are immediate.
To add to it,
I can't trace him once my brother finds out about us.
I need to find him and let him know that...
He's the father.

This is messed up, way too messed up!

A sweet sexy romance from Amy Brent.
There are plenty of steaminess but not so much drama, it's an easy fast-paced read, I wished there's more drama and plot though, it felt a bit predictable since the beginning.
There are things that a bit weird for me and the hot scenes is just too much, but I still enjoying it though.

As for characters, I love the chemistry between Leo and Quinn, I also love their banter, but it feels like it's just lust, I didn't really feel their deep feeling towards each others.

If you're looking for fast-paced read with a lot of steaminess, you might like this one.

This was not one of my favorites. It is a lot of sex and a pretty good set of characters. But as usual with these types of books, the brother becomes a little to over protective with the sister. I guess sometimes there is just not enough trust in these relationships.
I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.

Knocked Up by Brother's Best Friend is a fun, sexy and highly entertaining read. This brother's best friend romance is well written and has complex, likable characters. Contains an enjoyable blend of steam, drama and heart. I really liked the great chemistry that Quinn and Leo, the passion that could not resist and the struggle they had to go through to be together. I'm voluntarily posting an honest review after reading an advance copy of this book.

Just meh

I know I read the blurb but in the first few chapters I had to think twice about if Quinn was a female. I actually thought the first story was a MM until a few chapters in I realize it was MF. The sex scenes were sexy but that was it. I just didn’t get the whole brother/sister relationship or how Quinn was such a hot mess. Growing up, in college then dropping out, but yet she can turn an old piece of property into something. Plus how did she do it with out having a job. From the storyline it seemed they (brother and sister) were not rolling around in the dough. Sadly this one just didn’t do anything for me.

Leo & Quinn sitting in a tree. K.I.S.S.I.N.G
Quinn and her older brother, Jonah, have not had the best of childhoods. With parents that were junkies and virtual alcoholics who didn't even notice if the children were there or not.  When Quinn turns 10 years old, she wakes up to just Jonah in the 'home' as their parents have upped and left them all alone and with all their debts to pay.  Jonah has already been the one looking out for Quinn but now it's just them so it is actually easier as he doesn't have to shield her from their parents bad behaviour. With no other family Jonah does his best to basically be a parent to Quinn and he protects her - even so far as to chasing off any potential boyfriends.  She goes to college out of town but after being sexually harassed by a lecturer she is despondent and gets kicked out. She hangs her head as she gets the bus home knowing that Jonah will be furious as he's worked so hard for her to go to college whilst he works in construction. After getting off the bus in her home town of Coral Springs, Iowa, she is walking past Lucky's [a bar in town] when she walks into a wall of muscle of gorgeous manhood called Leo.  He takes her into the bar and buys her a beer never letting go of her hand and they talk as she's never talked before. She feels electric shocks where ever he touches her and he calls her Sunshine as the gold in her blonde hair captivates the sunlight.  As their lust and attraction explodes as they talk, never taking their eyes off each other, he asks her to go with him to his flat upstairs and she does. She tells him that she doesn't usually do this but the passion between them is like fireworks going off and they don't even make it to the bed.  Leo has been drifting from one town to another since he was 18 when he left home following a family tragedy, although he has stayed in this town longer than anywhere else and has a best friend in a guy called Jonah!!!!  Leo is a player but for the first time in his life he feels something MORE with Quinn and can't get enough of her.  But what happens when Jonah finds out about time?? Can Quinn trust Leo or he just going to leave her as he does every other female??  I LOVE this story.  Amy Brent is a fantastic author and this is, undoubtedly, my favourite book of hers to date.  Quinn. Leo, Jonah and Lily [her best friend] are such well developed characters and the alterations in Leo are wonderful to read.  Amy describes the people such that you can easily imagine them as they are so realistic and down to earth.  I feel so sorry for the three main people in the story as they have all not had the easiest of lives but with determination they refuse to stay down and want to make the very best they can of themselves and those they love.   When a legacy is discovered it makes a significant impact to their lives and gives Quinn the opportunity to shine and spread her wings to be able to fulfil her potential.  Beautifully written with very HOT scenes between Leo and Quinn that will necessitate you getting your fan out and turning it on to MAX. She is such a great influence on Leo but Jonah could be the fly in the ointment that keeps them apart.

I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book. However, as I loved it so much I bought my own copy and am now enjoying the bonus stories that have not been published before!!  get a copy for yourself and prepare to be entertained.
P.S.  There is a surprise that Leo needs to know but no one knows where he's gone!
DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

Smart and sassy, Amy Brent has another winner with this new book. Quinn is a spunky woman and doing things her way regardless of her past and continuing to move forward the best way she knows how. The reader gets the sense that she can do anything she sets her mind to but her unfortunate experiences seem to say otherwise. She winds up back home after getting kicked out of school and has to see the look of disappointment in her brother Jonah’s eyes once again. However, before she has to face the music, she runs into Leo and winds up having a drink and a little more with him…hint, hint, nudge, nudge. The chemistry between Quinn and Leo is off the charts and they cannot stop thinking about each other. However, unbeknownst to Quinn, Leo is Jonah’s best friend. When Quinn finally makes it home, there is some very interesting news. It seems that Quinn and Jonah’s grandfather left them some property. Quinn suggests turning it into a bed and breakfast but Jonah wants it sold to pay off some debts. After some cajoling, Quinn is given six months to make the place successful but there are some surprises coming her way. How will Jonah react when he realizes that his baby sister has hooked up with his best friend? What will Quinn do when she finds out she is pregnant? Will Leo stay or will he go when he finds out the truth that he is going to be a father? This is one book you want to one click right away and for a limited time there are some additional bonuses included.
I volunteered to read an advanced copy and it was so good that I purchased it.

rcvd an advanced reader copy from the author for giving my two cents. we meet Quinn, college dropout on her way home with the tail between her legs. once she's off the bus she heads strait for a drink as she doesn't want to deal with her brother yet. she runs smack dab into a muscular body....hawt damn!! Leo, transplant to town and bartender nearly runs over a gorgeous blonde and after a few drinks...a night to remember. when Quinn arrives at home she is greeted by a not so happy brother Jonah. she feels bad bc he raised her after their druggie parents split. and speaking of parents, a lawyer comes.knocking on the door to tell them tbey inherit3d their granddads place since their parents are dead... wtf!! this throws Quinn for a loop. Leo can't stop thinking about her which is a first. his bff Jonah notices his demeanour and laughs at him. Jonah and Quinn go check out the place and Quinn is super stoked...she knows what to do with it ad pleads with Jonah to let her have a shot at it. 6 months to turn it into smtg inhabital. Quinn and Leo have no idea what they have in common except sex and that is Jonah. well damn!! they both can't keep their hands off one another and keeping is secret is key...that is until Jonah walks in. being a big overprotective brother Jonah blackmail Leo to leave town or he'll squash Quinn's dreams. will Quinn ever forgive her brother? will Leo ever get th3 chance to tell Quinn how he feels? what will happen when a proverbial bomb goes off?

Quinn is on her way home after screwing up at college. She's dreading what her brother Jonah is going to say and do when he finds out. Leo bumps into a gorgeous woman and is instantly taken with her. Convincing her to get a drink with him Leo thinks its his lucky night. After a few drinks they end up back at his place and have sex. The next morning Quinn is rushing off before they can really talk. Imagine her surprise later when her brother introduces her to his best friend and its Leo. Jonah and Quinn go to look over the inheritance they recently got that Jonah immediately wants to sale. Quinn wants to turn it into a bed and breakfast and Jonah gives her six months to make it a possible money maker. Leo is part of a group that is helping Quinn with the renovations and as they work together they continue to grow closer. But what will happen when Jonah learns about them?

This was a great forbidden love story. The chemistry between Leo and Quinn is instantaneous and sizzling hot. Once I started I could stop reading until I was at the end. This was an entertaining and well written story. If you aren't a fan of Amy Brent before reading this book you definitely will be one afterwards.

I voluntarily read and reviewed this book. I enjoyed it so much I bought my own copy.

Steamy & Romantic Read.🔥💘🔥 A 3.5 Star Read 🌟
Lily Is A Great Best Friend.😍
Knocked Up by Brother’s Best Friend: A Bad Boy Secret Baby Romance

This was a hot & steamy read. It was let down by the constant change in tense, it would switch from 'I' to 'she' to 'they' in one paragraph & I continued throughout. Thankfully once I realised what was happening I was able to mostly correct it in my head as I read.👍

It's a lusty to love story. Quinn & Leo can't keep their eyes or hands off of each other, after meeting by accident on her return to her home town from nearly 3 years away at college. They've been hot & heavy for a number days & womanizer Leo can't stop thinking about her. He's no idea she's his best mates little sister & she doesn't know he friends with her insanely overprotective big brother!😳 Once they realise they decide to hide the relationship.🙈 Obviously things don't go to plan!!💥

It was a good story actually. The back story of the siblings was really sad.😢 Her brother acted like an idiot, I'd have throat punched him in Quinn's shoes!!😡 I thought Lily, her best friend, was hilariously quirky. This world build could potentially produce several other books, the brothers & Lily's at least!!🙏 Hopefully they'd be cleaner copies though.👍

Brother and sister Jonah & Quinn are left on their own, when their drug addicted, alcoholic parents up and leave them and it’s left to Jonah to bring Quinn up.

Knowing Jonah worked so hard to put her through college, Quinn comes back home feeling a failure after getting kicked out, despite the real reason being that she lost concentration after being harassed by a lecturer there.

Now home, Quinn bumps into the town bad boy Leo. Leo is your typical playboy, who lives hard and plays even harder, not interested in settling down and to cap it off Quinn doesn’t realise he is Jonah’s best friend!

Trying to forget her worries, Quinn decides to let loose and has a one-night stand with Leo, or so they thought.

Both, can’t keep their hands off the other and then once they realise the connection they decide to keep their ‘relationship’ a secret only it’s not going to be that easy!

Jonah he is very protective of Quinn and when he finds out all h€ll breaks lose

Can Quinn and Leo make ago of things, will Jonah stand in their way or will they get their HEA.

OMG this book was amazingly awesome! Thank you Amy Brent! First let me say that I don't like to give too many details of the story...I want you to read it for yourself. With that being said....I fell in love with the Quinn & Leo right from the start. Who would ever think that bumping into a stranger would bring you that one special someone? It's filled with so many emotions that it almost had me in tears. Then in the next instant I wanted to scream bloody murder at her brother Jonah. I just wanted to punch him so bad...in my mind I did more than once.... Plus let us not forget that there are some really really hot...steamy....smoldering...sex scene...I mean holy crap!! Quinn's best friend Lily was such a great friend. She is someone we all hope to have in our lives. You will not be disappointed with this story. As I said you will feel so many emotions, but best of all you will feel the love between Quinn & Leo. Sit back and purchase this story, you will not be disappointed in how they get to their HEA!!! Quinn’s and Leo’s story is sweet and sexy.
They meet when Quinn just got back home from college after being kicked out. Her brother is not happy about it, he has been raising his little sister for a few year.
Quinn is a little of trouble but Leo doesn’t know that, not until he “finds the match” and finnds out Quinn is his best friend’s little sister. He has heard stories about Johan looking after her sister, involving a few punches to let every guy know nobody messes with his sister.
At first it was all fun for borth Quinn and Leo but when true feelimgs start to show, both are afraid of what big bro will say.

Johan has good intentions, but he doesn’t know how to draw a line of protection and over protection and he ends ruining everything.
Now Quinn and Leo will have to find their way back after finding two big secrets.

The chemestry between Leo and Quinn is hot but also sweet. They start knowing each other without knowing, and they are afriad when they find what are their real feelings are. Leo is so sweet and he will not be scared of anyone.

Sweet, hot and just really good.

I love when two messed up souls meet to become and explosive romance. Quinn and Leo are two such souls. Both have issues, and without those issues would the story be as intense and yes hot?
Pasts that mold the people they are. Quinn comes home feeling like a failure and after running into a stranger (LEO) has a hot night of sex. Leo lives life one day at a time. Never looks back and has no aspirations for the future. That is until he meets a firecracker of a woman, in Quinn.

Their story is a lot of what we see in books now but don't let that fool you. It was fantastic. I found myself ensnared in their romance, the way they completed each other and overall found a reason for a bright future. It was one steep battle, especially once Jonah found out the truth. We all have a messed up psyche but what a ride it is to find a way to move past those demons and reach for the happily ever after that is meant to be. Wonderful story with captivating characters.

Another fabulous read by Ms. Brent!! I loved the characters and the storyline of this book so much and was absolutely hooked!
Leo and Quinn meet at the bar that Leo works at. Quinn was just coming back into the town she grew up in due to flunking out of college. The last place she wanted to be was Coral Springs and being a disappointment to her brother Jonah. The first place she goes when she arrives is Luckys bar where she meets the very attractive Leo.
They hook up but instead of a one night stand, it happens again. Until Leo figures out that Quinn is Jonah’s, who has become his best friend, little sister and very off limits.
Will Leo give Quinn the cold shoulder or will the attraction be too intense to ignore? How will Jonah handle his best friend and sister being together?
This was one of my favorites but Ms. Brent and I would say that it is a must read!!

Wow loved this book, was exciting and hot and the chemistry was out of this world. Quinn and Jonah had the most rubbish parents you could ever have. They left them when Jonah was 17 and Quinn was 10 years old. Jonah and Quinn had to stay quiet about there parents leaving so Jonah could turn 18 and legally look after Quinn. He put her through school and even sent her to college, but sadly that didn't work out. So Quinn's back after being kicked out of college. Not wanting to go straight home she goes to a bar where she meets Leo, who happens to be Jonah's best friend. They hit it off and have a 1 night stand. Only they cant stop thinking about each other. so they start seeing each other without Jonah finding out. Only that never works out and he finds them. it kicks off and Jonah runs Leo out of town. But there's a twist and Quinn needs Leo. What a great storyline, very well written. Excellent characters Highly Recommend.

Well ok.....I LOVE sibling best friend books. They have a certain quirk to them you know 😉 but I was ready to KILL the brother in this story.
Quinn Moore just so happy to run into (or he ran into her) Leo Delaney. The sparks flew from the very beginning. Shoot they were shooting off the page. Their attraction was HOT!! They both have crap in their past (Lord her parents) and he had tragedy in his life as well. But their hearts found their way to one another (cheesy I know but so true 💜💜💜💜). Big brother Jonah wouldn’t let any one of the opposite sex next to Quinn so imagine his reaction when he find outs (😳😳😳😳😳).
I did enjoy every moment of the story (though would like to know more about Lily and Flynn 🤔). I loved Quinn and Leo. My reason for my rating was Jonah. Jonah was a complete and utter donkey 😠😠😠 he almost ruined he story for me.
Over all thought (Jonah aside) I would definitely recommend this story.

Quinn has always thought that she was a failure at everything including life ,and the only place she knew that she could feel like her old self was her home town the place she really didn't want to go back to with the past she left behind. Leo has a thing about never staying in one town to long that is until he bumps into the most beautiful girl he has ever seen he believes that no one could be as bright as her so he decides to call her sunshine. Quinn and Leo hit it off the first time they were together and feel that nothing that can get in the way of happy ever after ,but little did either of them know that Quinn's brother was Leo friend and boy does that spark some problems. With everything going on can these two hold this secret from everyone or will the truth come out one way or another and wreck there love that has happened between the two. I received this book as an arc for a honest review and I can say that this book is a book that you will not want to pass up.

Great love story bothers best friend

This was another great story by Amy. I am a fan of her writing. This was a full story with an HEA ending. I would read it again and again since I connected to the characters.
Overview. Quinn was coming back to her home town and not on a happy note. She was kicked out of college. Her brother Jonah was going to be upset. He was paying for her college, and because she was continually letting him down. Jonah raised her since their parents took off when she was 10 and Jonah was 17. Quinn gets off the bus and runs into a big person. He was hot and offered her a drink. Mr hottie was Leo who worked at the bar and lived above the bar. They connected right away and started having fun. Soon Quinn and Leo realize that her brother is his best friend and they have to keep it a secret. But secrets always come out in the end. But love does over come all if you are willing.

This story is about how brother and sister come so close when there parents leave them and Jonah steps in to raise Quinn.
Quinn has come home somewhere she never thought she would come back to until she was a successful business woman, but life never goes the way we need. When she walks into a stranger Quinn decides to have some fun to forget her problems for a while. She can feel a heat between her and Leo he’s hot and sexy.
Leo is a love’em and leave them guy so why can’t he get Quinn out of his head, when ever they are together they can’t keep there hands of one another but they have a problem in the form of Quinn’s brother Jonah he is very protective of Quinn. When Jonah finds out nothing goes the way Quinn or Leo hopes can. Can Quinn and Leo find there way back to each other to be happy or will Jonah stand in there way.
This is a very good romantic book with a HEA.

Wow!! What a storyline! This is a definite attention grabber and will keep you coming back for more! Quinn had only been 10 when her parents walked out on her and her older brother, Jonah, leaving them to survive on their own. Quinn had failed out of school and had to return home to face her brother, but before she ever made it home, she ran into a brick wall, otherwise known as Leo. The chemistry between Quinn and Leo is out of this world, but this is a whole new experience for both of them. Leo had been warned to stay away from Quinn by her brother and Quinn knew what Jonah had done to any other boy she had been interested in. Could they make this work and would Jonah let Quinn grow up and make her own decisions. Loved this story!! I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Very well written short story with great storyline and plot. Full of expanse and hotness. But absolutely worth the read. I like that the characters are relatable and likeable. It has a nice pace to it. I like the twists and the mystery the story has. I like the main characters and how they develop. The story flows nicely and it is very captivating from first to last chapter.

It is written in dual POV which gives the reader much more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. Great romance with a twist and very enjoyable read. The epilogue is very welcomed and gives the story more to it and it finishes better of than without it. There are laughs, drama, passion, emotions, hot scenes, twists and lots of chemistry in this amazing story.

The author has delivered a story that is worth the read!

Wow! “Knocked Up By My Brother's Best Friend” is a sexy, steamy fast-paced romance. Quinn returns home after being expelled from college. She bumps into Leo and the instant chemistry is amazing. Leo and Quinn end up having a one-night stand. The next morning she goes home to see her brother and they find out they have been left property in their grandfather's will. She is later introduced to her brother's best friend. Guess who? Yes it's Leo and he has been warned by her brother to stay away from Quinn. This story is a roller-coaster of emotions that keep you turning the pages. This dual POV book is touching, heartbreaking, passionate, sad, funny, steamy and oh so romantic. “Knocked Up By My Brother's Best Friend” is a MUST READ.

I voluntarily reviewed this Advance Reader Copy. I truly enjoyed this book! It’s a nice take on the forbidden romance between little sister and brother’s best friend.
Abandoned by their druggie parents, Quinn has had a hard life. It’s always been just her and her big brother Jonas who has always protected her. Sometimes he just takes it too far, running off any and all boys interested in her or vice versa. When Quinn returns from college, she meets Leo and she decides to have fun for once. Their connection is combustible and once is quickly not enough.
Leo enjoys his bachelor life. He has no desire for more than the one night stands that pursue him. Life is simple and easy. Then Quinn walks in the door and simple and easy fly out. Further complicating things is the addictiveness that Quinn holds for him and the discovery that Quinn is his best friend’s little sister.

I wasn't sure how this review would go when I started reading the book because I didn't really like the characters. Any of them. The story was incredibly unrealistic and the female lead was just annoying. The male lead grew on my pretty quickly but the brother was a giant butthead. In the end this book gets 3.75 stars.

***I decided to review an ARC of this story.***

Bonus 1 - Jonah & Sabrina (the brother from the main story)
Thanks to his behavior in the main story I went into this story assuming I'd dislike Jonah. Nope. I felt sorry for him because he was seriously in love and his girl was a butt kicking coward. The end was a little quick and mostly satisfying but again not quite a 4 star story.

Bonus 2 - Booty Call (totally unrelated to the first 2 stories)
A booty call leads to more but he's a wishy washy jerk that mostly made up for it in the end and she was just okay. A third 3.75 stars story.

This book was a joy to read and I've smiled almost throughout, and laughed, and cried.

Leo is such a wonderful character and knows how to please his woman 😉. The fact that he recognises early on that Quinn is different, that he wants to make things right, listens to her, comforts her, believes in her, wants to be honest with her brother and faces her brother's wrath, not once but twice....well he just plain stole my heart *sigh*.

Quinn is such a strong woman, yet her insecurities hinder her. Leo helps her to believe in herself and ultimately to stand up for herself and what she wants. What a woman.

I received an ARC from the author for this my honest review. Thank you for sharing this book with me. 😍

This is a free story included at the end of Knocked Up by Brother's Best Friend: A Bad Boy Secret Baby Romance and features Quinn's older brother, Jonah, and an old flame of Jonah's, Sabrina. In the latter part of Knocked Up by Brother's Best Friend: A Bad Boy Secret Baby Romance, the reader is somewhat introduced to Sabrina. By that I mean that her name is mentioned when Jonah calls her for help in tracking down Leo.

Sabrina had come to Coral Springs for "a run of the mill Private Investigator case" about three years ago when she first met Jonah. Despite normally living a nomadic lifestyle as a PI, she stayed in Coral Springs for months. When she realized she was falling for Jonah, she ran, breaking his heart.

Now Sabrina has been brought back to Coral Springs in pursuit of a bounty, whose credit card was flagged when he checked into the Mayhew Bed and Breakfast. As she arrives in the middle of the night and nobody is answering the door, she decides to simply break into one of the rooms.

Hearing a noise from upstairs, Jonah had gone to investigate, only to find the one woman he thought he'd never see again. He agrees to let her stay but is curious why she's there. When he discovers that she now makes her living as a bounty hunter, he is dismayed and his protective instincts kick in. He wants to step in and face the potential threat instead of letting her get close to it.

Eventually, he comes to trust that she knows what she's doing and can take care of herself. After finding out that this case was far more complicated than she was led to believe and a fight for her life, Sabrina gets her mark.

This story is HEA and has no cliffhanger. I enjoyed getting to hear more about Jonah and was somewhat surprised by some of things I discovered about Jonah. The fact that his heart had been broken, for one. It just didn't seem like that was possible given the air he puts on in Knocked Up by Brother's Best Friend: A Bad Boy Secret Baby Romance. Overall, I really enjoyed this story and was happy it was included at the end of Knocked Up by Brother's Best Friend: A Bad Boy Secret Baby Romance.

This story was sweet, steamy, and heart-wrenching. Quinn has just come back to town after being kicked out of college and is not at all happy about it. Leo is a drifter who travels from city to city finding work wherever he ends up. He's been in Coral Springs for about a year. They run into each other (literally) not long after Quinn gets off the bus and ultimately end up in his apartment, naked, and have steamy sex. Seeing as how Leo is usually a one and done kind of man, he can't figure out why he can't get Quinn out of his head once she's left. While Quinn was thinking it was just a one time interlude, she can't help but contact him. It seems they just couldn't stay away from each other and it remains that way the entire book. And when they're together, they can't keep their hands off one another. This becomes problematic when Leo connects the dots that Quinn, whose last name he didn't know, is the little sister of his best friend Jonah. The little sister that Jonah is protective of to an arguably unhealthy degree. He's heard the stories of what Jonah has done to other men interested in his sister and would like to avoid that fate. When Jonah volunteers Leo to help Quinn fix up an old house that is literally falling apart, Leo's plans to stay away from Quinn go out the window. When Jonah discovers them in a compromising position, he reacts exactly as expected: extremely poorly. With the misguided notion that he is protecting his sister, Jonah runs Leo out of town after giving him a good beating. Shortly thereafter, Quinn discovers she's pregnant. When Leo came back to town to talk to Quinn, Jonah made it clear that he was not wanted there. I was so excited when Quinn finally stood up to Jonah after finding out what he'd done to Leo and told him off. I'd been wanting her to do it the entire book. While Jonah is originally mad and set on not helping his sister anymore, he eventually sees her defiance as the wake up call it was. With the help of a PI, Sabrina, he tracks down Leo, who didn't make it far from Coral Springs. Once Leo returns, everything works out just fine. A very happy ending.

I ended up really enjoying this book. It's HEA with no cliffhanger and told from both Quinn's and Leo's perspectives (and briefly Jonah's). The characters were great and true to form. (Leo, the easy-going playboy suddenly in the deep end and not sure what to do. Quinn, the perpetual f***-up (according to Jonah) and incredibly determined woman desperately trying to be successful at something. Jonah, the insanely overprotective, thick-skulled brother who finally realizes he messed up big time and looking to make things right.) The chemistry between Quinn and Leo was off the charts and led to a lot of very sexy scenes. If you aren't a fan of a lot of sex in your books, especially decently explicit sex, this book is not for you. But if you're looking for a book sure to turn you on but still has a great story, this is definitely a great option.

O. M. G. I just found my new favorite Amy Brent book! The emotions Amy pulled out in this story had tears running down my face. It was just that well written. Between horrible pasts, determination, love and hot sex, this book was just on fire. I absolutley loved it and you have to get it!! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.
