Not my thing
I really couldn't give this box set a fair rating because even though the writing was good I could not get into he stories. The reviews made the books sound better Han they are

Ugh
Poor phrasing, missing words, disjointed transitions, a heroine who lies, and a hero who's an unrepentant womanizer make for a book that's not worth my time. Or yours. Take my advice and find something better to read.

This is a cliff hanger. The "hero" isn't and the girl is just plain stupid. It's just a lot of f***ing and anger.

Once I started I didn’t want to stop reading.
-Bartered (The Encounter Trilogy):
Isobel finds herself being bartered off to Hugo to pay her father's debts. When she gets the six month contract she suggests some interesting changes that Hugo agrees to. Trying to save herself for her one true love, she tries to keep him at arm's length. There is something about Hugo that is very intriguing along with him being a hot alpha male. There is a twist and we are left with a cliffhanger. I really liked Hugo and Isobel, I need more from these two.
-Unapologetic (Book 1 - Unapologetic):
Cara and River grew up in foster care. He left, it’s been two years, he promised to come back and never did. He became a successful actor and was in tabloids with several different women, breaking Cara’s heart. Now that she is trying to move on, River steps back into her life. There is something about River that continues to pull her in. Will she be able to keep him at arm's length? Or will she fall back into his bed?
- Chasing Beautiful (Chasing Series #1)
Sienna is recovering from losing her childhood friend turned boyfriend, Kyle. He cheated on her while she was away. Now that she is single Blake has professed his feelings for her. She is shocked, Blake doesn’t do love, is he for real?
Things take some interesting twists when her ex moves to be near her. Will she find love with Blake or will she go back to Kyle?
- Scornfully Yours (Torn Series #1)
This is book one in the Torn series. We meet Emma who has fallen in love with her roommates brother. Problem is, Carter is not a relationship type person he only wants sex. When she realizes her mistake she ends things with Carter. Moving on she meets heartthrob actor Bass Cole at a club. He was great and so patient with Emma, knowing that her heart belongs to another he won’t kiss her until he has her heart. Will he ever get her heart or will Carter be an issue?
- Scornfully Hers (Torn Series #1.5)
This is Carter’s version of events following Scornfully Yours. We get to see a little more of what makes Carter tick. He loves women and no commitments until he meets Emma. There is something about her that makes him want more. When a scare happens he pushes her away and does something really stupid. Can he get her back before it’s too late?
- Frayed (Torn Series #2)
This is Trista’s story. Trying to get over Harry she goes to Greece with Lindsey to hang with Emma. This is where she meets Bass’s best friend Taylor. Taylor is also trying to move forward from a past relationship. These two have what I would say at first was a dislike for each other but that quickly changed with a twist. Now Taylor feels protective of Emma and is even more determined. We also get a little more on Emma, Carter and Bass.
- Lily’s Mistake (It’s Always Been You #1)
Lily and Drake’s families are very close, these two pretty much grew up together. She ended up giving herself to Drake during a family trip and he left the next day without a word, breaking her heart. We jump ahead 8 years, Lily hasn’t seen Drake since that night. Drake’s mother hires Lily to be his PA and to spy on him for her. Needless to say sparks seem to still be there.
Drake has been keeping tabs on Lily, what would she do if she found out why he really left?
This is a great read and I was pulled right in by Lily and Drake’s story.
- Pieces of You & Me (Pieces #1)
Returning home for her senior year, Olivia finds out that her mom’s new boyfriend is the dad to Greyson Edwards. She didn’t like Greyson, he was arrogant and picked at her all the time. These two have a heck of a hatred for each other, but is it really hatred they are feeling? Things take an interesting twist and they grow very close. Will Olivia moving to Australia cause issues for them? Or are they just a fling?
- My Summer in London (My Summer #1)
How do you get over a 4 year relationship? You go to London as an exchange student for a year hoping to gain an internship at a local company. Serena’s mother sent her to stay with a good friend of hers, this is where she meets two extremely hot brothers, Cruz and Archer. Archer is the partier and Cruz is more laid back.
Cruz is the one that seems to have captured Serena’s attention, he is the hottest man she has ever seen. Things take a big twist when she finds out he’s engaged to be married.
Cruz is intrigued by Serena. I had realized I had never looked at my fiance in the way I looked at Serena Will Cruz call off the engagement? Will Serena get a HEA?

What she needed was a good hefty dose of reality...that her vile treatment of me came with a price… Luca is seeking revenge on Kimberly, however there is a HUGE twist that quickly changes things and the ending OMG. Now I have to wait for book 2 to see what happens.
This is a great compilation of books by Pamela Ann, you get a look at some great series and some hot sexy scenes. I can’t wait to read more from Pamela and find out what happens in the different series and characters. There is something for everyone.
