Finding Mr. Right Now is the first book in The Right Now series. This is a MUST READ friends to lovers romance novel. Gemma and Bastian have been best friends for a very long time. Baz is the type of guy that sticks to non-committed relationships. While Gem is looking for love but hasn't found that spark with anyone she's dated. Her current boyfriend calls her out on her feelings for Baz. She's quick to tell him that he's wrong...but is he?
Baz has had sexual feelings towards Gem for a long time. Gem has noticed that she feels "sparks" when Baz is around. They are both afraid of ruining their friendship if they take things further. Then Gem shocks Baz by asking him to be her Mr. Right Now. She wants him to teach her everything.....What's a best friend to do?

I so love Bas and Gemma. There are times I just want to yell at them. But they are so sweet with each other. Bas will make you fall for him pretty quickly. I can not wait to see where Bas takes Gemmas surprise.

This is a great start of a friends to lovers romance. Baz and Gemma have been BFF’s for years, Gemma hasn’t had the best record for long term relationships even though she’s tried and Baz is great with the “right now” when it comes to the ladies. The chemistry is there but neither wants to take the chance and cross the friendship line but how long before our give into those desires and act on their feelings? The flow was smooth and I love how we’re given both characters POV’s throughout. We’re given a slight cliffhanger but that just makes you ache for more and see whats to come next. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

this was a hot and sexy short read. its about a young woman who cant seem to find mr right. she has feelings for her best friend but doesnt want to cross that line. he has the same feelings for her but for the same reason he doesnt want to cross that line. i cant believe you left me hanging.

Baz doesn't believe in true love. Gemma just hasn't found that spark with anyone yet, the one that makes her toes curl and her heart flutter. What happens when these two best friends find that they do have a spark, and it's not just a little one, but an explosive one that rocks their world? I loved the characters and the way the story flowed - it kept me on edge trying to figure out where they were headed, but their attraction was so hot, and there were definitely moments of me yelling at my kindle! I can't wait to see where this goes!

The storyline ruins smoothly with no repeated words. The chemistry between the male and female stared slow. One button at a time the heat goes up. The characters connect perfectly as they speak to you in an alternative way. Every detail was descriptive based on the settings of buildings or sounds, and locations or colors. The author did an amazing job writing this story. I like Bastian being the protective alpha male towards Gemma. I dislike Geoff when he and Gemma were having a small conversation. I wish he was understanding how she felt about him. Gemma is a beautiful young woman dating Geoff. In her fake world, he is the perfect guy. He treats her with respect. But she doesn't feel the chemistry between them. Geoff wants more. Between a conversation with Harper her best friend. She decides she will not be picky about her relationship. But when Bastian is near Gemma she feels that spark. She doesn't know Bastian feels the same way. Considering of having a second opinion from her protector Bastian. He gives her a good advice on what to do with Geoff. As the story progresses Gemma breaks off with Geoff. She willing to risk her friendship with Bastian thinking he is Mr. Right. What if she is wrong, and destroys a good friendship between them? or ended up being friends with benefits? or could separate them? I recommend you this book. It deserves more than five stars. It gives me a couple of good laughs. And it also opened my the door to my imagination about Bastian. I would cherish this story to read over and over. Trust me you would love it too. I read an advanced copy.

It was a great start to this series!! I’m looking forward to the next book! This book had a good flow and Baz and Gemma have amazing chemistry.
Baz and Gemma are best friends and have been since they were young. Baz is a guy who doesn’t do relationships and doesn’t believe in love. Gemma on the other hand believes in love and the fairytale romance but has never once found anything close to having a spark with any guy except Baz and that just can’t happen they are best friends and that’s crossing a line. Gemma knows what she desires and it’s him but can she cross that line and maybe destroy their friendship.
This book does end in a cliffhanger and it was a nice quick read but well written and worth reading! I can’t wait to see what happens next for Baz and Gemma.

Gemma hasn't had much luck in the romance department partly because of her best friend Baz. She has feeling for him but isn't sure of he does for her so she dates other guys. Baz is always dating someone because he thinks he can't have the one woman he wants Gemma. At a party for Baz's step mother they end up in the game room playing like they did when they were younger. Gemma decides to make a bet to get Baz even if its only temporary. So she tells him if she wins she wants him as her Mr. Right now.
This was a great story the author really draws you into the characters lives. The chemistry between the characters was sizzling hot. I can't wait to see what this author does next.

This is a love story but it is a story between two people who are friends, close friends who have known each other for many years. Gemma is looking to find Mr Right, but has yet to find someone who makes her feels special, sets off the spark. But her friend Baz always seems to know what to say and do to make her feel better and she goes to him for advice. She challenges him to a friendly game of pool, darts and ping pong, hoping to win, because she notices he gives her that spark and wants him to teach her what she needs to know. It is such a good book I couldn’t put it down. The story had me smiling throughout it and I am anxious to read the second book. I highly recommend reading it.

Spectacular best friends to lovers story. Love the storyline which pulled me in right from the beginning and kept me hooked all the way through to the end. Baz and Gemma are wonderful characters with sizzling chemistry but they've been best friends for a long time. Each has feelings for the other but each is afraid of ruining the friendship if they act on their feelings. But when Gemma asks Baz to be her Mr. Right Now, all bets are off!

Gemma and Baz have been best friends for years. They have never crossed that boundary. When Gemma starts questioning if she is kind of broken when it comes to men will Baz be able to show her she's not. They have always had a thing for each other secretly and the chemistry these two have is undeniable. So why not give it a shot if nobody else can make you believe in forever... A well written book about people who thorooughly and deeply care for each other and there for one another through thick and thin. I loved the characters and how likable they were. Very Enjoyable.

This is a very interesting read, following Sebastian & Gemma's relationship as it develops into an intimate relationship from over a decade of friendship. They both support each other in every area of life, but are hesitant to move forward with this new development in their relationship.
I am desperately hoping that the next installment in Baz & Gemma's story comes soon.

Wow! This is my first book written by this author and all I can say is freakin wow! Bastian and Gemma's story was a beautifully amazing! Two best friends feel that spark but afraid to cross that line and ruin what they have together. Gem wanting Bas to be the one to bring her a first for everything.. Will he say yes? Will they still be the best friends they've always were? Ugh, I can't wait to find out! Looking forward to reading more from DD Sparxx's! ❤

I really enjoyed this book. I will say I wasn't a fan of friends to lovers, but was I wrong. I love when an author can write so well that it changes your mind, and that's what was don here. Gemma and Baz are perfect for each other. The love just comes right off the pages and right to you. The flow is done beautifully. Highly recommend this book.

I really enjoyed the start of this friends to lovers story. I say start because it ends with a cliffhanger. I’m not a fan of stories that end that way when you aren’t expecting it. But I loved Gemma and Baz together and can’t wait to see what happens next

I just love friends to lovers books!! Really enjoyed this book even with the cliffhanger that DD Sparxx left us at (grrr-lol) it really is worth reading, it's a great sexy build up of wanting more of Gemma and Baz, can not wait for their next installment!!

This book has me wanting more! Gemma and Bas, are friends who both want more. They are afraid to act on it. You can feel the chemistry between them. It is a must read from D.D. Sparxx! I can't wait for the next one.

This was my first read from DD Sparxx and I loved it. The chemistry between Baz and Gemma is intense and I loved every minute of their banter and it was even better that it's a Friends-to-lovers which is my all time favorite. On to book 2 to see what happens next with these two!
