Better to stick with the The Ramcharitmanas and The Valmiki Ramayana which are popular.
The approach of author is based on "Aryan Invasion Theory" which has been debunked by many "Out Of India migration" evidences. So it is better to say that claims are false and if you want to know the answers of the questions you are anxious about, kindly read the Ramayana, you will get all answers if you're smart and curious enough.
Giving 4 stars because the author has developed his own theory and came up with the questions which are part of seekers mainstream anxiety!
