I really enjoyed this book! It gave some good exercises and tools to bring into my daily life. I will be definitely reading some of her other books!

I loved this book, filled with inspirational advice and guidance. I feel having read this book, I will be kinder to myself ! I look forward to reading more Kate James books.

I really enjoyed this and found it very easy to read, lots of practical tips on how to build resilience and develop a growth mindset in ways that don't feel overwhelming.
