A comprehensive exploration of Local Content policy, its dimensions, and its challenges. The case studies and explanations were intuitive and presented with clarity. Overall, the book presents a hopeful message of mutually beneficial, optimized coordination between businesses and the developing nations they work in

The book is well written by an expert in the field of procurement. However, it will not add great value to a professional who works in the procurement and specifically for those who worked in local content projects. I found it useful, because it strengthen the belief that our practice in Saudi Arabia is correct.
