Scott and Jet Heywood were brought up on the mean streets of South East London. Scott drives a security van for a living, and he's sick of his boring life; when a very nasty man named Gottfleisch masterminds an armored van heist and offers to let him in, he says yes. Jet makes a precarious living as a boxer in a traveling carnival; his life with his little daughter Stella is a refuge, what keeps him going. When the robbery goes badly wrong and Scott disappears, the tale builds to a terrifying conclusion as Gottfleisch and his men come after Jet, ready to use any means to find Scott and the money.
