Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

It's a silly 88 page book full of jokes and puns that will either make you groan or chuckle out loud. I found this cleaning out my grandma's house and now I'm passing it onto my brother-in-law who is a lover of puns.

This came from my mother. These are a bunch of one-liners and other witty groaners. Yup, that's what most are . . . groaners. :)
