Gave up on this one when the heroine is ironing her knickers. I was confused...who was going to see them? Then I realized they weren't underwear but actual KNICKERS!!!! Oh sweet baby Jesus that is just too much. Plus, it's not a good sign when I hate the heroine on page one. Life is just too short to slog through this shit.
A different kind of book from the series. It was a mature issue, and dealt with what happens when friends become a couple. I was quite invested in the book, and managed to finish it in two days time. I even stayed up a few extra minutes to complete it because I couldn't go to sleep without knowing what would happen. The book left an impact on me for a while because of how the storyline was dealt with. I think this book was one of the few Sweet Dreams books that touched on a sensitive theme. I recommend this to those who like unpredictable stories.
One of the more likeable books in this series when reading them as an adult. The main character was mature and made well thought out decisions (unlike most of them that are whiny, dumb or childish).
