From chapter 1 I wanted to devour every minute of this story, totally had me hooked! The chemistry between Max and Walker is off the charts and you feel it pouring from the pages. A great read and I cannot wait for the next book in the series

I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about Once Bitten as love triangles kind of stress me out, but I'm a fan of the talented Ashley Suzanne, so I knew that I had to give it a shot, and boy am I glad that I did. I'm not going to give a whole lot away, because it's complicated, so everyone just needs to read it for themselves to be honest. Basically, Max has loved Walker for as long as she could remember, and after they had a fling, he walked away from her. Now she's his brother's girlfriend, and he wants her back, and Max has never stopped loving him. But how does she break his brother's heart? There is a lot of push & pull to this story that kept me on the edge of my seat, since it is a love triangle, so I spent a lot of the book frustrated. But that is the beauty of Ashley Suzanne's talented writings style, my emotions were all tied in to the story like it was happening in my life. Max actually drove me crazy, as she came off indecisive a lot, so I wanted to shake her more than once, but that's not to say that I didn't love her, because I did. However, even though Walker made a douche decision walking off from Max, he was my choice of course. So obviously, this book is the start of an intense & wild ride of a series that I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

From the very beginning I was hooked. It's super quick paced, yet character build up is wonderful. I've read every book Ashley has published, and I have to say that this one is my FAVORITE by far. It's a great second chance love read. There is a love triangle, but it's not super dramatic.

Which left Max heartbroken, trying to put the pieces back together anyway she could. Pulling her big girl panties up and relying on her besties she attempted to move on. It so happened to be with Walker's brother Wes. Since Max was little she had it made very clear by her parents that she would marry one of the Weisman brother's. She was hoping it would be Walker, but Wes isn't a bad second. Max attempts to take things slow with Wes, her guard up. One night Walker decides he's ready for a second chance. What's Max to do? Will it be Walker or his brother? Can her heart handle it all?
Such a wonderful read. This will be a book that I could read over and over again. I can't wait to read Wes's story.

I'll admit, love triangle has NEVER been my thing. However, I am a big fan of Ashley Suzanne so I swallowed it and give it a shot. WOW! Once Bitten was intense without being in my face. It was the subtleties between Walker and Max that made me fly through the pages.
Walker was so swoony. His patience. His kindness. His general good guy-ness. How he put Max's fears to rest and her happiness first. For as much as I liked Walker (which was a whole heck of a lot), I had a harder time warming up to Max. Her indecisiveness made me wanna shake her more than once. While I understood her hesitation I kept waiting for her to follow her heart. And it was pretty obvious that it was Walker that owned it.
It wasn't easy for Walker to wait for Max but he knew she was more than worth it. Worth the fallout with his brother. Worth everything. Ashley Suzanne took the age old question "does first love deserve a second chance?" and put her own unique spin on it. Once Bitten is the start of what is sure to be one wild new series.

The beginning of this one hooked me. Max has had a thing for Walker forever. They had a fling then Walker walked away. Max is now with Walker's brother Wes. My first impression of Max was why the heck is she with Wes when she's in love with Walker but it didn't take me long to really like Max. Walker is a little cocky but a sweet guy. He wants a second chance with Max. He has his swoon worthy moments. Max and Walker have great chemistry. I'm not sure how long this book was but I was so hooked on the story that it felt like a quick read.

This Sweet & Sexy second chance romance was worth every penny, and then some! It's fabulous how strong and sassy Max is; she pulls no punches. Add in her besties Noelle & Jade, along with the sexy alpha Weisman brothers, to create a delightful read with just the right amount of steam. I absolutely love Walker, and can't wait to see more about him and his brothers. Twice Shy needs to hurry up!

What a very wild and crazy story! These characters were super hot and their romance ever hotter!! I cannot believe how amazing and fun this story was :) Highly recommend!

Awesome read
I read the blurb and the first chapter. I waited anxiously for this book to release. I inhaled it! I was drawn into this book until the very last word. The main characters and even the secondary characters were amazing. I can't wait to read Wes's story.

Once Bitten by Ashley Suzanne is the first book in the series and tells Walker and Max´s story. Maxine - Max - Gilmore loved Walker Weisman since forever. They had a fling and Walker walked away from her. Now she´s his brother Wes´ girlfriend and he sees what he´s lost. And wants it back. He´s about to do everything to get Max back.
Once Bitten is a title who I never had dreamt is a romance novel. I was hesistant to read the book, but now I´m glad I gave it a try.
Once Bitten is a beautiful story about second chances with great characters and a beautiful story. I give 4,5 stars.

This is the first book Ive read by Ashley Suzanne and I freakin loved it. Love Triangles are definitely my favorite romance books to read and Once Bitten was intense. I really like the characters Ashley brought into her storyline. I think Walker is probably my favorite character and I cant wait to read the rest of the series with each brother and how their life plays out. Ashley Suzanne has become one of my favorite romance authors and I cant wait to see what else she has in store for us.

Max and Walker have a history, one that’s good, but ended in heartbreak. She’s trying to move on, and she’s in a safe relationship with his brother Wes, but there’s no chemistry, no love (besides the kind you feel for a friend), and no passion, but it’s safe. When Walker comes back and makes it known he wants Max back and will do anything to get her back, her world is thrown upside down, and she has to make a decision. Not wanting to get hurt, and not wanting to hurt Wes, she makes a decision, that I loved how Ashley Suzanne handled, to figure out if her and Walker could work out again.
Watching Max and Walker figure out if they could work out, for real this time, was amazing. There’s no denying they have chemistry, but watching them really get to know one another, was so cute. I did get frustrated with Max a few times with her weariness towards Walker since he was doing so much to prove how much he was in to making this work, and how repentant he was towards what happened before, and she would keep questioning everything. But that didn’t deter Walker, he just went and proved over and over again how much he cared, and ever so slowly he broke down her walls. The banter between these two, and the slow burn of watching them work their way back together had my kindle on FIRE!
I truly adored watching these characters work things out, and fall back in love with one another, as well as getting to know the secondary characters. The love between these two is undeniable, and I am so happy that they finally figured out how to communicate and give each other a chance. Walker is definitely a new favorite book boyfriend and I think we all need one of him in our lives! I started reading this book and couldn’t stop until I reached the end. I can’t wait to see what Ashley Suzanne has in store for us when we get the other Weisman brother’s books, especially with Wes’s being next! The h is a lying, cheating, hypocrite who should really get her head straight. She’s also pathetic and I hate heroines like her.
Who uses one brother because the other hurt her, then goes back to the one that hurt her?

Why the hell would you go back when the other brother treats you good?
She cheated on the brother that treats her good with the brother that cheated on her first.
She honestly deserves jack shit and I’m happy this book was free...

Weisman for the win
I am obsessed with love triangles. This one was so good. It had different feel to it. A girl who loves her boyfriends brother? The feels where real with this one. Max and Walker had some amazing chemistry. I like the backstory and the history. Walker was my favorite character. I love how he wasn't ever ashamed of himself or his feelings for Max. Great start to what is going to be a great series.

I have been reading Ashley Suzanne’s books since Mirage and have always loved her stories. However, it took me almost half of Once Bitten to get into the story. I am glad that I stuck it out because when I got to the part that caught my attention, it really caught my attention. I think for me it was female main character; she just really annoyed me through a lot of the book. When she wasn’t annoying me, I was 100% rooting for her. But when she became annoying, I wished she would get dumped by the male main character. The characters were well written as to being able to understand who they were, their relationship with others and all their positive and negative attributes. The story was well written and while it seems like it is a love triangle, it is not all that it seems. I will be reading the other two books in the series. I do technically give this book 4.5 stars.

Once Bitten was so fantastic and I will never look at a fire truck without thinking of this book. I wish I could have all 3 Weisman. I absolutely adore every character in this book. It had been a while since I have read a Ashley Suzanne book. But I remember why I love her books. Once Bitten is one of the best books I have read all year.

This isn’t my first book by Ashley and it definitely won’t be my last. I came across this book on a reader group and thought why not. I am so glad I found this book. The characters are so lovable I can’t wait to read more about the Weisman brothers.
