激荡十年，水大鱼大

The rapid expanding economy and continuous increasing consumption ability is like flooding water, which is looking for the border anxiously. And the parts being lashed are also suffering the pressure and discomfort of the changes. There are big fishes in flooding water. The business investment field has had fundamental changes in China, with the ecology of basic platform of internet seen as the new world. It reconstructed the basic logic of business with higher efficiency and new interaction modes with consumers. In ten years, the Chinese have had tremendous changes in obtaining information, social contact, shopping, daily services and financial payment methods. Thus, this decade is the decade of China with big fishes and flooding water, a decade of surge. And the changes in this decade for many people are greater than those in the past thirty years. In this book, we will follow the author's pen to re-experience the decade that has changed us all.

【读后感】感恩节窝在湾区吃了几天火锅，看完了吴晓波的《激荡十年》。这本书讲中国企业2008-2018年的变化沉浮，印象最深刻的两点：1）政府宏观调控对行业发展变革起了巨大作用。不管你认不认同这种集权政府的制度，从结果来看还是很牛的（vs亚洲那些无作为的民主政府）。2）不管是制造业还是互联网，一个商业模式走得通，还是要靠创造核心价值，要走得远，就得靠某种壁垒（技术/资本/资质）和强执行力，不然创业就是搞笑。

这十年刚好是我们在美国的十年，很感恩得到的一切，也很期待下一个十年。

这本书记录了1978-2018年四十年间中国企业的兴衰史。一个个企业家的奋斗历史浮现在眼前，创业不易，考验的是一个人的持久力（毅力），决心，还有信念、以及敢于冒险敢于去闯的果敢精神。当我在微信读书App中写下这个语评的时候，有位读者另外补充了三点：还有一个人的眼光，格局和心胸。是的，创业对一个人的综合素质要求很高，涵盖的东西也不仅仅是我刚刚上述罗列的品质。但我在这本书中，我看到了企业家们在创业过程中散发出的人性的光辉。 For me, that’s the essence that truly lasts long. 与其说这是一本中国企业史，我觉得这更像是一部精神史，折射出的是真正让我们后代人倾佩和值得传承的中国企业家精神。金钱是流动的，这就是它的本质，但是真正常青的，或者说给后代世人留下的，能够长久的，是你给这个世界带来的贡献，无论是精神上的，还是物质上的。
