Mental imagery is presented as an almost infallible way to healing. A BIG statement! The book is very readable but I have it on Kindle and the mechanism to go to the ailments and the mental imagery associated with the ailment is awkward. I am interested enough to go through the frustration of finding the specifics for a couple ailments and I am convinced that there are healing possibilities through directed thought. This is a book you will need to spend time with. It was published in 1989 but the content and concepts are no less relevant today.

A must-read for anyone stuck in the never-ending ruts of life.

Epstein provides a whole new outlook throughout the pages of this book. A sense of purpose even for the most skeptical humans. In reality, as a human race we've always known the tactics rattled in these pages were true. We just needed an outline to see what we all have already been doing. He's provided us with a guide to the understanding we just needed to rightfully own. Brilliant in all aspects.
