Basic Child Psychiatry

Since the publication of the fifth edition, the tenth edition of the World Health Organization's International Classification of Diseases has appeared. This proposes a number of changes in the classification of child and adolescent psychiatric disorders, and these are fully reflected in this revised edition. Like previous editions, extensive references are provided so that readers can obtain ready access to additional information. An appendix explains the main features of the Children Act for England and Wales 1989.

A fascinating and well constucted book looking at Child Psychiatry. Medicine, Psychology & Psychiatry are subjects that have intrigued me for many years and this is reflected in the amount of books I own that explore these topics. I am always looking to find and learn more. A book highly recommended for those who are interested in these topics - topics that are crucial to understanding the way our mind & body work.
