Small Vampires #1-3

Small Vampires

Rate this book
All three award-winning Small Vampires books (Picus the Thief, Mousch the Crooked, Raptor the Avenger) in one beautifully bound volume.

1500 years after the first Arthurian story comes a re-telling... with Vampires.

Sixteen years ago, a letter from a stranger led translator Robin Bennett on a journey from Henley-on-Thames to the north of England. At the end of this journey, he found himself the unexpected beneficiary of three tattered and disreputable looking volumes of unknown provenance and unreadable lexis.

Ten years later, the translation of the first volume, Picus the Thief, was published, winning Indie Book of the Year, Writers' News, in 2012. This was followed by two more volumes: Mousch the Crooked and Raptor the Avenger, and now the trilogy is complete.

Bennett gave his 'translations' the collective name Small Vampires - together they relate the explosive and moving story of an intelligent species that has lived amongst us, largely in secret, for thousands of years.

A Young Adult Crossover title.
