Dear god, I've read some hatchet jobs in my time but this takes the biscuit. We all know Mick is a rock legend and one of the biggest exponents of the Blues, and one of the greatest Brits of all time, but he's also tabloid fodder so this book takes aim. And oh boy, does it take aim with the subtlety of a cannon. This reminded me of Tom Bower's "Dangerous Hero" Jeremy Corbyn write-up but is less venomous, certainly more gossipy and carnal. At times, the book reads like The Sun newspaper. Is this what reality TV feels like?
However you thought and knew about Mick the reader will now multiply those indiscretions by 100 and you will be closer to the true number. wild wicked and sometimes funny. The pages will fly off the book
